This restaurant, and its host Giacomo, is the best authentic ROMAN culinary experience that you can have in this little town. I grew up in Lavinio, and then moved to the States, after 25 years I'm back in town with my wife. Thanks to this place, she had the chance to eat the same quality food that I had from my Mom. Their sauté of mussels and clams is the best we've ever had! And we're fish people! Should you get the occasion to eat their "telline" my advice is to not miss that fine opportunity. Another delicious item is their "focaccia rossa." Their piece of meat called "contro filetto" is incredible and you can cook it directly at the table on a hot stone (always fun.) To finish it all off, they have the most fresh tiramisu, made in house of course, with the creamiest marscapone - my nephew says it's the best he's ever had, and now we know why!!! read more
