My nails were very weak and damaged from previous acrylics, but she took such great care of them and helped me restore my natural nails to a healthy, strong condition. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always creates beautiful, flawless designs. She also does my daughter's nails, and the creative designs she comes up with are always unique, stylish, and impressive. I've been following my hairstylist for years. I came to this salon because of my hairstylist ONLY. I don't want to put the name of my hairstylist on here because the complaint isn't about my hairstylist, the issue is with the people who are practicing & running the salon. They are unprofessional, rude, and they ignore customers' time and business. Recently, I had a terrible experience that I have never encountered before in my life. While my hairstylist was working on my hair, "Sherry" (I'm not sure of her position at "I-Shine" salon), approached my stylist with a phone in her ear and demanded my hairstylist take the customers who were on the phone and wanted to come in immediately for a haircut & blow dry, even though my hairstylist answered, "no," because the stylist was busy working on me. Sherry didn't take 'no' for an answer and was so ignorant that she didn't even look at me to apologize for what she did. She did not even acknowledge my presence in the stylist's chair. When the other client came in, we ended up having to wait for each other. I know the I-Shine salon is very slow and they are desperate to get clients, but at least politely value the present client who is sitting in the chair and schedule the other client at a different time. I'm unhappy with the way Sherry disregarded me, and I would not recommend anyone to I-Shine salon. read more

I love the staff they're so welcoming, understanding and sweet, they try to accommodate there clients to the best of there abilities. When I came in I had my hair done by Roya who did fantastic, I wanted to go blonde for my birthday (which was a couple days after my appointment) prior to finding this salon someone else had done my hair but little did I know they had done something that messed up my hair and made removal and lightening it a little complicated, thanks to Roya's patience and understanding she was able to fox my hair properly and even took it a step further and went out of her way of making my hair as light as possible due to the circumstances of my hair at the time..and she did amazing I was so happy with the way it came out. I got my hair colored by Hanna recently and he was very unprofessional. He made me extremely uncomfortable, was VERY touchy in inappropriate places and said flirty comments that were just not okay. Aside from that was aggressive with my hair that had just been bleached and ended up ripping out half of it from the way he brushed it. Overall just would not recommend going to him, I know I won't be again. Thought I'd come on here and let the girls know Edit: I didn't use my real name when making this review, I thought it would be best to stay anonymous since I know his family. Where do I start? The owner is the absolute ray of sunlight The cleanliness and the attention I received was what I've been looking for in a new salon. I came to Ishine a few years back and was not impressed. I recently heard there is a new owner so i gave it a second chance. So glad i did! I had an amazing experience with Hena! My hair ends were extremely damaged, and I was really nervous about getting a haircut because I didn't want to lose the length. I told him clearly that I wanted to keep my hair long but remove the damage, and he listened carefully and did exactly that. He kept my hair long while taking off all the damaged ends. I naturally have very curly hair, so the real test is the next day -- and when I woke up, my curls still looked and felt amazing! On top of that, Hena has a great personality. He's friendly, attentive, and really listens to what you want. I highly recommend him! read more

The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst haircut I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere.
