Sorry for the late post. This work was done in 2024…read more Had a leak coming into the basement around the chimney area. Called Reese & Sons because of their high rating and positive reviews. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

Constant cleaning of our gutters only helped for short periods of time but never resolved the issue. We tried the gutter covers but that didn't help either. Money and time were spent but the problem didn't go away until we decided to find professionals to get their opinion. We wanted to find a local company that had been in business for a long time with years of experience. This is when we found All State Gutters & Roofing and we are so happy we did! They proposed a great plan to resolve this issue, and we felt that they were honest and trustworthy. They worked quickly and efficiently but most importantly they did a fantastic job, and the quality is top tier. They had great communication, and I was even surprised at their follow-up after installing our new gutters. They even came back the next day to check on the gutters after a big thunderstorm with the crazy summer downpours. I highly recommend choosing this company for your gutters, you won't regret it!
