He was the most miserable individual I have met in a long time and was fixated with the price of the job even though I was locked in and quite distressed.He gave me the quote from the other side of the door , so I had little choice but to accept it. He said I would need to pay him £200 for the job as he had to drill the handle .it took 5 minutes and he had no interest in the fact that I was upset having been locked in for 4 hours in very hot temperatures and also being quite unwell at the time. This is not the normal kind of service I have experienced from this company in the past , they are usually kind and very helpful. This man had no customer focus only money and seemed to have had a personality bypass ?? Not a good look for the company at all.

We didn't even realise that we hadn't brought keys until we got to our street. Thank God we made friends with our next door neighbour, who buzzed us into the building, offered us a wire hanger to try and pry open our door through the letterbox, and let us hang out in her flat until the locksmith arrived. One phone call, 30 minutes, and £65 later, we were back in the comforts of our home. While he basically shimmied open our door using what I believe was a piece of cardboard in 2 minutes, I was happy to part with my only remaining cash in exchange for access into my own flat. So I booked a time that was convenient well in advance only for them to show up 1.5 hours late without giving me any notice that they were running late. Totally unacceptable and would not recommend.

Violent staff called this company as my mum was locked out…read morefrom her house. the guy arrived in a estate car (no issue with that) and just looked at the door and said he can't do it because there is no letter box and he cannot pick the lock. only options was to break the door. I'm no expert but I think point of a locksmith is to pick the lock to gain entry so you do not need to break the door. when I said to him is there no other way besides breaking the door he got very angry and stormed off. I said that's fine please go he said "do you want to fight me?" then reversed his car and came out of the car to start a physical fight. my mum told him to go away and he then swear a lot and went away.
