Violent staff called this company as my mum was locked out…read morefrom her house. the guy arrived in a estate car (no issue with that) and just looked at the door and said he can't do it because there is no letter box and he cannot pick the lock. only options was to break the door. I'm no expert but I think point of a locksmith is to pick the lock to gain entry so you do not need to break the door. when I said to him is there no other way besides breaking the door he got very angry and stormed off. I said that's fine please go he said "do you want to fight me?" then reversed his car and came out of the car to start a physical fight. my mum told him to go away and he then swear a lot and went away. I would highly suggest NOT to use this company for any locksmith callouts if you value your safety.

I went here to get a weird garage key cut. None of the standard high street places were able to do…read moreit and told me to contact the manufacturer. I went to G Worrall & Son. It was a bit weird. The bit of the shop that they let you in is about four square feet in total, and they do their stuff in the rest of the shop out of sight. They had a look at the key for me, took five minutes copying it, and let me have it for free as they weren't 100% certain that it would work. It did work! They were really helpful both in person and on the phone. Thoroughly recommended.
