He claims the permit was not quoted in his $20k price, mind you a permit is $108 and every professional should know the process for obtaining a permit to do stucco, if that is their speciality. This is for a commercial building. Don't hire this guy if you want your job completed properly.

We chose to upgrade our home by choosing a light gray paint and accenting certain areas with a darker gray. It came out beautiful. The consultant was my favorite part of the entire experience. She was patient, knowledgeable and you can tell she really loves what she does. She was able to make sure that we were confident about our options before the job was started. I was impressed that the job started immediately the next day. The painters were very nice and respectful. I couldn't give 5 stars because I had a few complaints; they didn't use painters tape (so the corners are not as straight as my OCD would prefer), and I just found an area in the washroom that was poorly completed. Yet, in their defense, there was a refrigerator there at the time and they left paint for touch ups as needed. I would definitely use them again, either way, as they painted my two story, 5-bedroom/office/game room/formal dining/3.5bath in a week, so I was thoroughly impressed.
