All this Solan does is talk behind your back once you leave. You can't open up to them while any of them do your Hair/Nails/Spray Tan, and Definitely not a spa atmosphere. I booked a cut and color…read moreon my ONE day off; the stylist lopped my hair off at my shoulders and then had the audacity to have a medical emergency and had to leave when she told me she was going to mix up color. one of her fellow stylists jumped in and finished my haircut and then told me to pay and reschedule for a color. now I understand that things happen, don't get me wrong. But that could have been handled a WHOLE lot better. The next day (!) someone called and let me know there would be a credit for the cost of my haircut if I wanted to call and reschedule the color, which is really the LEAST anyone could do, but honestly it was such an afterthought that I just have no desire to ever go back, credit or no. The haircut was ok (the second one) but I think I'm going to pass; this salon had one chance to make me feel pretty, and like I mattered. No one even offered to wash my hair, which I had specifically left filthy for the color. Boo

Unfortunately, the nail tech canceled on me last minute -- leaving me scrambling right before one of the most important days of my life. What made it worse was that she kept the deposit even though the cancellation was completely out of my control and I asked for it to be refunded. She answered that it was non refundable based on her cancelation policy however I DID NOT cancel the appointment, she did. It was really disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already emotional time. Customers deserve reliability and professionalism, and sadly, I didn't experience that here.

She proceeded to put me under a dryer which I thought that's weird I haven't had a perm in years. I also have colored hair so another reason I questioned it. But I felt kinda knew what she was doing. I few days later I texted her on her business page explaining how the top was just limp with not much curl she texted back saying I needed small perm rods to get it to curl I was like no way!!!! So I started to have lots of hair coming out and lots of breakage so I called hair and asked for my money back knowing I would have to cut and do conditioning treatments to revive my hair she literally said know and never offered anything but a hang up. I did cut 4 inches off to be honest I could go shorter she ruined my hair.. I hope anyone that is thinking about going there Don't!!!!! If you are very particular about what you want, or are nervous about it not coming out exactly how you want it, then this is probably not the place for you. On the other hand, if you want to get a really affordable haircut and don't mind if it's not perfect, then try it out. Instructors roam through the room during service hours and are obligated to sign off on your haircut or service. If you are not satisfied, you let the supervisor know and they will either guide the student or help them get it to how you like it. I'm a fan!
