Pipe services are something that you hope you never need, but if you do need them, I&I are the people you want to have working for you.
So what are pipe services? Wastewater systems are maintained by pipe services companies, so sewer and stormwater management are what we're talking about.
We live in an area that has a lot of stormwater that needs to be managed, and our house has a sump pump plus an, as it turned out, elaborate stormwater drainage system. Carl Iversen, the owner, is a very pleasant and patient man, who took a great deal of time and care to go over our drainage system, explained to us how it works, and assured that it was all working well. His crew did a great job, and even took the time to tune up our sump pump.
More remarkable is that I&I normally works on very large projects, like major sewer work, so having them take time on such a small residential job was great. Charges were more than reasonable for the work performed.
They can also do video inspection, clean out clogged lines, and smoke testing. read more
