Well, September 8 came and went without any explanation or contact from Rocket mortgage. I had told my broker that I was on a time line. Now, after going way past the deadline, they want me to "correct " documents. If there was anything wrong with the documents, then why didn't the broker say so? I won't be doing business with Rocket mortgage again unless they manage to get back their previous focus on customer relations and service and stop playing silly games with people.
