2026 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid
Angel R.

From the moment I arrived at Hyundai of Las Vegas I received EXCELLENT service. I had the pleasure of working with Ismael who really listened to my needs or any concerns I had. I was able to look at all the SUVs I was interested in. Bringing my kids along to make sure they fit and feel was just right for the family. Even being able to come back with my husband the next day who is disabled for him to get the feel of the vehicles I was interested in. He made sure any questions I had about the technology of the vehicle were answered as well as let me test them out myself. It was no pressure tactics like other dealerships. He just wanted to make sure I got what I really wanted at a reasonable price with my trade in. I gave him specifics on what I really wanted in the end especially getting a vehicle with low mileage. The day I arrived and ready to do my final look he presented me with two vehicle mileage under 1,500 and both 2026 top of the line for the models. Priced great as I never expected a 2026 but he knew low mileage was important. This is my first Hyundai and I am in love. Every person there was awesome, the value your time! The fastest I ever completed a transaction in a dealership! So if your looking for a new vehicleool no further and ask for Ismael! He will take care of you!

Scoti Jo was the service advisor I spoke with regarding my vehicle and whether the high-pressure fuel pump would be covered under my CPO warranty. I specifically asked her if the fuel pump would be covered, and she reassured me that it would be covered under the warranty if the high-pressure fuel pump was determined to be the problem. Based on that assurance, Scoti Jo instructed me to have my vehicle towed to Hyundai Sahara and assured me that the repair would be covered under my CPO warranty. I relied on the information she provided when making the decision to have my vehicle towed to the dealership. Had I been informed beforehand that the repair would not be covered, I would not have taken my vehicle there. After the vehicle was diagnosed, I was then required to pay a $230 diagnostic fee in order to retrieve my vehicle. This is especially frustrating because the high-pressure fuel pump was the issue I had already discussed with Scoti Jo, and I had specifically asked about warranty coverage before agreeing to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. I had to call 800-477-8089 a number that was finally provided to me AFTER my car was towed to Hyundai. They then had the knowledge to tell me that it's not an "internal part" of my CPO warranty. Now granted the service department did state that any part not covered by the warranty would be charged if they found anything else wrong. I was prepared to pay for any extra repare costs ex. spark plugs, thinking that at the very least my high pressure fuel pump was covered under CPO which they assured me would be. Unfortunately I had to get my car towed out of Hyundai, after paying the diagnostic fee that they also stated would not be charged. Thankfully the tow was covered by insurance to get my car out and fixed by a trustworthy shop. I am requesting that the $230 diagnostic fee be refunded, given the circumstances and the fact that I relied on the dealership's representation regarding warranty coverage before authorizing the vehicle to be towed there.

Mr. McKenna, I appreciate you responding publicly; however, I do find it concerning that you chose to engage only after a Yelp review rather than reaching out to me directly, despite being aware of my dissatisfaction and the catastrophic engine failure of a vehicle your dealership sold me. That said, I am happy to respond here to clarify several inaccuracies in your statement. As you noted, the vehicle had approximately 100,000 miles at the time of purchase. A properly maintained Honda Pilot is widely known to last 200,000-250,000 miles or more, which is precisely why I felt confident purchasing it from what I believed to be a reputable dealership. An engine failure after 12 weeks and fewer than 2,000 miles of ownership is not normal wear and tear and strongly indicates a pre-existing issue that should have been identified during inspection. While I did sign an as-is agreement, that does not negate a dealership's responsibility to sell a vehicle that is roadworthy or to act reasonably when a major safety-related failure occurs almost immediately after purchase. No customer should reasonably expect a vehicle to fail catastrophically within weeks of leaving the lot. Regarding the warranty, when I first contacted your service department in distress, your service manager made it very clear that I was three weeks past the two-month warranty, stating- quite bluntly- that had this happened three weeks earlier, the engine could have been replaced for $100. That response was not only upsetting but dismissive, given the circumstances. Contrary to your statement, your service department never asked to diagnose the vehicle, never requested that it be towed to your facility, and showed little concern that it had broken down on the freeway. I would have willingly had it towed to your dealership. It was initially taken to Honda only because we reasonably believed the issue might be minor- not a complete engine failure so soon after purchase. When we later provided your service manager with video evidence from Honda showing a broken crankshaft rod and metal shavings in the oil pan, the response was to search for a replacement engine- without ever requesting to inspect the vehicle. I also need to correct your claim regarding labor costs. On November 3rd, we received a text from Andres quoting $4,400 for a used engine with 115,000 miles, explicitly stated as parts and labor included. Labor was absolutely part of the charge. Had labor truly been waived, this may have been a very different conversation. Presenting that quote as "goodwill" is especially difficult to accept when Honda itself offered a brand-new engine, timing belt, and water pump for only $1,500 more- which was genuine goodwill. As for communication, I encourage you to review your voicemail and email records. I emailed you directly on November 12th, following an incident in which your service manager hung up on my husband. I also left a voicemail in early December and was informed that two of your sales managers tagged you on my account internally. Despite these multiple attempts, I never received a response from you. I am sharing these details so that future customers have a complete and accurate understanding of my experience. I truly wanted this handled privately and professionally. Unfortunately, that opportunity passed long before this public response

I actually thought to myself what the heck, why not? So i agreed on a date to stop by. From beginning to end i was very impressed with both Eduardo Cortez (salesman) and Chad Bolinol (Sales Manager). When i agreed to come in I was immediately offered a ride with UBER and they also asked me for my order for a Starbucks drink that they will have ready when i arrive. Wow. Just wow. Not pushy. Not irritating. Just POLITE. I've had some bad experiences with car salesman and these 2 have totally redeemed them all lol. I was shown a few Acura's (btw, cant stop thinking about those cars) and also test drove a few. Throughout this whole process i was very comfortable, not once did i feel like i wanted to run out the door - let me tell you, its happed A LOT. Lol. I did not walk out with my dream car, I WILL SOON tho! However, what i do know is I will definitely be returning to Cardinal Way Acura when i am ready!!! I'm getting that car! Lol Btw.... Chad Bolinol (sales manager) is from Mililani, Hawaii. Bonus points! I love working with and giving my people business!

I purchased my Acura in 2021 from Cardinaleway Las Vegas and have been a loyal customer of the…read moreservice department ever since, consistently bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance and oil changes. Unfortunately, over the years, I have noticed a significant decline in the quality of service, which is extremely disappointing for a brand like Acura that positions itself as a luxury automaker. I have also noticed what appears to be a high turnover rate among the service advisors, raising concerns about the work environment and overall team morale. However, my most recent experience was by far the worst. In my opinion, Brad Garrett's management and leadership have contributed to an environment where customer service and relationship-building seem to have taken a back seat. Based on my experiences, the service team appears overwhelmed and lacks the motivation to provide the level of care and attention that loyal customers should expect. Rather than making customers feel valued and building long-term relationships, the service experience has increasingly felt transactional, with too much emphasis on ripping customer's off rather than prioritizing the customer's best interests. This is not the kind of experience I would expect from a luxury brand. It is disappointing to see the service department decline to this extent, especially after years of loyalty. Acura needs to take a serious look at its service department's management, employee morale, and customer service standards. Loyal customers deserve transparency, respect, and quality service--not an experience that leaves them questioning whether their trust and business are genuinely valued.

WORST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE -- I DEEPLY REGRET BUYING FROM FLETCHER JONES IMPORTS…read more I would give Fletcher Jones Imports in Las Vegas zero stars if I could. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Las Vegas has many other dealerships--there is absolutely no reason to tolerate the pressure, disrespect, and complete lack of professionalism I experienced here. I felt rushed and pressured throughout the sales and financing process. Less than two hours after making the deal, I contacted the dealership and asked them to unwind the transaction. I knew almost immediately that I was uncomfortable with what had happened. Instead of taking my concerns seriously and trying to help, they refused. When I attempted to address the situation, the general manager would not even speak with me directly and completely blew me off. The finance manager's behavior was even worse. He became visibly irritated, developed an attitude, and threw his papers down in front of me. That is an unacceptable way to treat any customer--especially someone who just trusted the dealership with a major purchase involving thousands of dollars. The financing paperwork was rewritten after I canceled the service contract, and the changing down-payment charges and refunds created even more confusion and stress. I acknowledge that I completed the purchase, and I deeply regret doing so, but that does not excuse the dismissive and disrespectful way I was treated when I tried to address my concerns less than two hours later. A reputable luxury dealership should communicate clearly, answer reasonable questions, and have management willing to face an unhappy customer. Fletcher Jones Imports failed me in every one of those areas. The moment the paperwork was signed, I felt as though my concerns no longer mattered. This experience caused me tremendous stress and completely destroyed my trust in this dealership. I would never purchase another vehicle from Fletcher Jones Imports, and I would not recommend its sales or finance departments to my family, friends, or anyone reading this review. If management genuinely cares about its customers and its reputation, it should contact me directly, take responsibility for how this situation was handled, and work with me in good faith toward an appropriate resolution--including unwinding this transaction. Until then, my recommendation is simple: go elsewhere.
