Originally my wife and I only used this location so that we can purchase a vehicle being transfered from California. Unfortunately, this was the worse experience in vehicle purchasing we've had. Hoping that since we had a vehicle in mind and funds ready to purchase, all we had to do is give our money and vwaĺa. At least that is what we've experienced flawlessly in the past. NOPE. Walked in on the 4th of September, and finally got our vehicle on the 18th. Vehicle arrived the 16th but was neither ready for delivery and was missing the charger. Not to mention a missing button for the cruise control. We decided to take delivery despite the missing items with a promise for the charger. Wife and I had to do our own footwork for the missing button and eventually had to detail the vehicle ourselves. The charger. With a missing charger, we did not chance driving the vehicle until transfer of ownership. Promise from Autonation was a brand new charger to be ordered from Lucid. That was 9/18. By the 20th we did not hear anything back so I decided to order a car cover from the same Lucid site. Gues what cam in 2 days later. Yup the cover. It was not until I inquired on the 25th that I heard the charger arrived. Guess what, I was given a used charger. After testing it, came to find out it does not work. Hmmm The green slip So the final item we were told would take a max 2 weeks, was the DMV paperwork. Mind you, while signing the paperwork on the 18th, I verified there was a discrepancy to my email. Was told by Autonation that they will not be sending me emails and to not worry about it. Today is the 14th and guess what, yup not paperwork. A text was sent out to Autonation to follow up, and we were told it will be EMILED. Hmmm. After receiving a sent response, we checked and low and behold, nothing. A second attempt with my actual email was sent, and we finally got it. Conclusion Lack of urgency - because we transfered from California, we were told this Centennial location would not get full cut out of the purchase. Having us checking in more than expected and requesting, bargaining, and negotiating on a pretty much sold vehicle. Working in the service industry myself, I understand why it is important to lead your customers to their goal. No accountability- whether it was the other dealer location, trailer company, or everyone else, Noone was accountable for any discrepancy, missing items or delayed services. Own up to it Autonation. I will unfortunately will not be recommending clientele, family or friends to Autonation for car buying services anytime soon. This just put a dent in our car buying experience. If you do decided to use Autonation Centennial, prepare for anything, because here anything not absolute is possible.

Here is a picture of the check I got from my credit union and these lowlifes sold the vehicle before I could get there
    Karlos K.

After securing a loan from my credit union, they sold the vehicle. I gave them the information in texts & emails, after they asked, then before I could get there they sold it. Jackasses and pricks.

We know never own a jeep without an extended warranty. I also purchased an extended service plan. And soon the takebacks began. Although this dealership was further away from my home in Summerlin than I would like they had a shuttle service. The first thing they did was end the shuttle service with no compensation for the inconvenience to me. The extended warranty as promised was supposed to be two servicing a year for seven years. I should've read the small print because to make a few extra bucks on me.,They changed it to seven servicing. They are not really good at honoring their word. Although I do love the Service writers and you can tell they really care. The service department is just pathetic. However, they're not as bad as Jeep Only. So at least they're not the bottom of the barrel. This was a great Jeep. It must've been built on a Tuesday. It has been very good to me over the years. But I've had small issues that Jeep could never quite fix. I don't wanna say they didn't wanna fix them, but I have to wonder. Long story short now that my warranty and service is up, immediately after my final servicing, I took it to one of the local mechanics in the Summerlin area and when I drove away, everything was fixed. Toyota is now telling us the engine might need replacing and there is a lack of compression on cylinder 4. A Toyota is a completely sealed system. The only time cylinder 4 is opened to the air was when the technician removed the spark plug. If dirt or debris got inside that cylinder and destroyed the engine, its because the deck failed to properly clear the debris from the spark plug well before opening it. It has to be cleaned before changing the spark plugs to prevent a blown engine! Spoke to the service mgr. Jason and he said it's speculation. I will be meeting a forensic mechanic so he can take the engine apart and find the debris inside the cylinder. The invoice noted they cleared the " carbon" if they used a harsh chemical or a tool to scape carbon away from the valves or plugs, they may have dropped large chunk of hard carbon directly onto the piston , which will also destroy an engine in a matter of days. It was exactly 2 days later the car stalled, towed it back to Toyota and they gave us an invoice of $18,029.99. Which they are not taking accountability for and with proven documentation in court they will be paying for a new engine. Everything seemed fine until I started asking questions about the car, how many keys it has, why the interior was peeling, how it performed certain functions. There were times I had to look for him and once he was laid back in his chair eyes closed with his sunglasses on, just a really crappy attitude. At one point I told him If be interested in another color car, a blue, one and proceeded to tell me that if Im trying so hard to save money why would I spend money to wrap a blue car I didnt like. Blue is my favorite color and showed him a few of my previous cars which were blue.....his tone killed the vibe. Now at 250pm my wife arrived to see the car after her 10 hour shift, throughout the time proceeded to talk over us which I quickly put a stop to. He also advised me that he lost or shredded my file mid negotiation. Another sales came in to save the deal, but told me the car had a $46 smog fee.....it was an EV. Also tried charging $2500 for cleaning it but was dirty all over with some ashy areas on the interior trim. They wanted $1600 for an alarm and $1700 for a paint and fabric protectant spray that obviously was not applied, these fees were not going to be paid by us. They told us to sign a few forms that said we went over the carfax. It was almost 5pm, and immediately they wanted us to sign forms in finance, to include a form since we were paying in cash, yet I told them I was bringing in a preapproved check the next morning. They tried to get me to stay using very rude attitudes and deceiving tactics. I told them I was leaving as was there all day with nothing to eat and they let it be know it was inconvenience. Oh but it got better their Manager Randy came and got shitty with me about signing papers immediately to HOLD the car. Ive never had to sign any finance documents to hold a car for me. Ive paid $250 to hold a car but never sign documents. Yeah we got up and let. I had the preapproval from Navy Fed in my back pocket the whole time. Wr really were going to Uber in the next morning at 9am to finish up on the car. At 19:59, I received this text message from the salesman: Hey the car is sold you didn't want to sign docs to hold the car like we ask so we couldn't hold it a guy came after you left. We still have the gray M3 tho. I know you were tired but we don't hold cars unless the paper we ask you to sign was sign and you refuse. Good luck with car search. Total trash salesmen tactics and habits. Dont ever give this place your time or money. Note: In August 2025 this same company left my car out in the sun for a month, causing my interior armrest to crack and rip, even after I told them to please use the sunshade in my 2019 Challenger Hellcat Redeye as it was well over 105°. I lost $3k in trade in value because of it after they replaced the fuel pump. UPDATE: Just as I went and completed this review, IDX, an online privacy protection service advised me Prestige had conducted a hard pull on my credit which I did not authorize.

I'm only updating this one final time to warn…read moreother customers and hopefully prevent someone else from going through what I experienced. I brought my 2022 Kia Forte GT here because I was having issues with my vehicle, including a check-engine light. My car ended up sitting at this dealership for approximately 2 1/2 weeks. During that time, I received no communication about what was going on with my car no texts, no pictures, and no regular updates. I had to reach out to Todd myself to find out what was happening. In my experience, he was rude and dismissive, yet everyone seems determined to defend him instead of acknowledging how I was treated. I was eventually told the problem was caused by rodent damage to my air intake hose, which they said was not covered under my warranty. I paid around $500 out of pocket to have the hose replaced. I was never shown pictures of chew marks, droppings, or other evidence of rodent damage. I'm not saying rodent damage was impossible I'm saying I personally was never provided documentation showing it. I also never received the emailed estimate or detailed breakdown I expected. After getting my car back, the situation became even more serious. MY ENGINE STARTED SHUTTING OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I was literally driving a vehicle that did not feel safe. I took my car elsewhere for another opinion and ultimately to another Kia dealership. Additional issues were found involving my THROTTLE BODY and FUEL PUMP. These were warranty-covered issues. I was also told they did not find the rodent damage that I had previously been charged for. The other Kia dealership also showed me a picture of my fuel, which was visibly dirty. That picture was never sent to me by the first dealership, and I was never informed about it while my car was there. That is what I cannot understand. My car sat at the first dealership for 2 1/2 weeks, yet these issues were not diagnosed. Then I took it somewhere else and problems involving my throttle body and fuel pump were identified. Meanwhile, I had already paid hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My original paperwork also stated that I "declined" a GDI service. That service was NEVER discussed with me. How could I decline something that I was never offered? The customer service throughout this situation made everything worse. Todd, the service manager, was extremely dismissive in my experience. Communication was so poor that I had to repeatedly reach out to find out what was happening with my own vehicle. I had no loaner while my car was there, almost lost my job because I had no transportation, and struggled to help my sick and disabled mother get to her appointments. After I started leaving reviews about my experience, I was told that my reviews were false. The owner eventually called me and told me they no longer wanted to service my vehicle because of my negative reviews. I had taken my car to this dealership ONE TIME and primarily dealt with ONE person. I also became concerned by what felt to me like an effort to encourage positive reviews after negative ones appeared. From my perspective, it felt like more energy was being spent defending the dealership's reputation and defending Todd than understanding why a customer was this upset in the first place. I felt bullied. I cried over this situation. I was made to feel like I was crazy, lying, or simply looking for something for free. I wasn't. I wanted my car properly diagnosed, my warranty honored where applicable, and to be treated with basic respect and communication. This is my FINAL review. I'm done arguing back and forth online. I will be continuing this matter through Kia Corporate and pursuing the appropriate options regarding reimbursement for the money I paid. If you have a Kia under warranty, please protect yourself. Go to a different location! Ask for pictures, request everything in writing, keep your paperwork, and GET A SECOND OPINION if something does not feel right. I wish I had done that from the beginning.

We were told the part would be in a few days later and that it should just take a couple days once it arrived. We thought that sounded fine. Well, that week came and went and we heard nothing. We called in again multiple times for days and kept being sent to his voicemail. After another week went by we were finally told that he was out of the office all week and they hadn't even begun the repairs. Everyone seemed friendly enough, but their lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Three weeks later they finally gave us a rental vehicle for the last three days. 3.5 weeks after dropping it off, the vehicle was finally complete, but upon pickup, Todd didn't acknowledge any wrongdoing and unfortunately became quite abrasive and rude, cutting us off when we were trying to explain our experience with their communication issues and slow timeline. We understand that things pop up, but a simple phone call when you've left a customer without a vehicle for so long goes a long way. Extremely Disappointing Experience - Brand-New $90,000+ Vehicle Already Towed!…read more Purchasing our 2026 GMC Yukon Denali XL from Jerry Seiner GMC in Las Vegas has been one of the most frustrating experiences we have ever had. First, I want to recognize our salesperson, Anthony, who was kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was a nightmare. Our initial finance associate, Camilo, was so dismissive and unprofessional that we actually walked away from the deal. When we questioned the LoJack charge, he brushed us off, rushed us through paperwork, and insisted it was already installed and could not be removed. Over a week after purchasing the vehicle, we STILL do not have the LoJack we paid for! We explained from the beginning that we lived in California and were only visiting Las Vegas for my birthday. We were promised home delivery, yet after signing everything, the general manager knew nothing about that arrangement. We spent nearly NINE HOURS at the dealership trying to finalize everything. Delivery was another disaster. I took time off work based on the promised arrival time, only to learn the vehicle hadn't even left Las Vegas! When it finally arrived the following day, it was filthy inside and out, nearly empty on fuel, and had not been detailed as promised. We waited another five hours before finally receiving it. The worst part? Our brand-new $90,000+ SUV broke down after we had driven it only 155 miles! The vehicle had 267 miles when purchased in Arizona and 805 miles when delivered to our home. At just 960 miles, the check engine light came on with an engine overheating warning. We had to contact OnStar and have our BRAND-NEW vehicle TOWED to a local GMC dealership. We are now waiting for a diagnosis. We purchased a new luxury SUV expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, we've experienced broken promises, terrible communication, wasted time, an undelivered product we paid for, and now a potentially serious mechanical issue. I have formally requested that Jerry Seiner GMC unwind this transaction because we have lost confidence in this vehicle. We are awaiting their response. Anthony deserves credit for his kindness, but the dealership as a whole has completely failed us. What should have been an exciting purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare. Without question, one of the biggest purchasing regrets of my life. I will update this review based on how the dealership handles this situation.
