All I had to do was drop off my car, sign a few papers and they took care of the rest. They spoke with other drivers insurance, my rental car, and gave me an update every Tuesday and Thursday. I expected my car to take a while, since they had a wait list but my repair was finished in less than 2 weeks. When it was time to pick up, my civic looked brand new. They even replaced the aftermarket door handles I had installed, the attention to detail is outstanding! I usually don't leave reviews but this place deserves it. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

I had my vehicle repaired at this shop in July 2025 following a rear-end collision. In January…read more2026, I noticed a leak in the trunk. When the trunk was inspected, it was discovered that the liftgate had not been fitted properly, causing uneven gaps and a misaligned closure. Additionally, when I picked up the vehicle after the repair, the badging on the car was incorrect. I asked the shop to replace it, but during the replacement they dented the piece, leaving two palm-sized dents visible. The exhaust pipes had also been repaired but were noticeably crooked. When I brought this up at pickup, I was told that it was "normal." Later, when the bumper was removed during further inspection, it was discovered that the vehicle had sustained frame damage that had been repaired. Despite the shop communicating weekly during the repair process, very little detailed information was provide regarding the progress of repairs from July-August 2025. After a re-inspection and evaluation of the work that had been performed, it was ultimately determined that the vehicle was a total loss and should have been declared totaled after the initial accident. Overall, due to poor workmanship and the issues discovered after the repair, I would not recommend this location.

I didn't ask but was expecting some sort of discount for the inconvenience and error they had caused. Today, three days later I got my car. I had a small scratch in the hood that I was expecting to see it gone. Nope, they just used a tiny brush and painted over it. Tony said that was what was agreed on. Since I never got a written estimate, I cannot prove that it was agreed on. I was told and understood that it was going to be repaired. $1000 deductible, and $250 later I'm leaving the shop completely disappointed and don't know if I would send anyone else to them. What a disappointment…read more On December 19, 2022 I went to McCarthy Collision, in Olathe KS, for an estimate on my 2019 Nissan Rouge. At that time I set up an appointment for January 26, 2023 to have my car repaired (minor incident involving the rear bumper, right side); no other damage to any other body parts. I was also told it would take 4 business days to repair (replace) the rear bumper; I also paid $832.45 for parts (did not use my insurance since it would be less than $2,000). Please remember all this was done on December 19, 2022. On January 25, 2023 I dropped off, to McCarthy Collision in Olathe KS, my Rogue. On January 31, 2023 (the day I was told it would take 4 days to repair my car) I called, since I had a doctors appointment on February 1st, and was informed that McCarthy Collision did not have all the parts. The major question I have .."why wasn't I told by someone, anyone when I dropped my car off on January 25th and gave the keys to the receptionist that all the parts weren't in?" Please remember i paid for the parts on December 19th. I had to spent extra monies to rent a car to get my doctors appointment (canceling was not an option since it takes months to reschedule a doctors appointment). This is piss poor customer service. Before anyone says anything, I don't believe Covid-19 had anything to do with McCarthy not getting all of the parts in. People are to eager to blame everything on Covid. Ok, let's say not getting the parts were Covid related. That should have not stopped them (McCarthy) from calling me on the phone, or even emailing me that they did not have all the parts and not to bring the car in until they were ready to repair the car. My car was finally done on February 7, 2023. Needless to say, if I am in need of any bodywork on any vehicles I own I will not be taking them to any McCarthy Collision centers in the metro area.

I was sitting one foot from the owner, as he spoke with his "parts" man, inquiring whether or not he had a door. The parts man said he had a door. Combined with my rental car charge, I wound up paying almost $2000. There was absolutely no reason for my having to wait so long to have my door to be replaced, and I DEFINITELY question why I was charged so much for a used door!
