My husband and I visited on the Fourth of July with our friends, and unfortunately, the experience…read morewas disappointing from the moment we walked in. The shop was completely empty when we arrived, so there was no reason for us to feel rushed. However, the employee hurried us through placing our orders. One person in our group was in the restroom and hadn't had a chance to decide what they wanted yet, and the employee was very short and impatient with us. When we asked to sample one of the ice cream flavors, she simply responded, "Okay," and came across as unfriendly and annoyed. While we were ordering, another customer came in, and we noticed the employee spoke to them with the same impatient attitude, so it didn't seem like it was just our group. The biggest issue came when the last person in our group ordered a sorbet. It was frozen so solid that it was impossible to scoop or eat. We let the employee know, and she said she would "soften it," which apparently meant microwaving it. She brought it back, but it was still hard as a rock and still wasn't edible. Unfortunately, the customer service overshadowed the visit. A friendly attitude and serving products that are ready to eat go a long way. We hope this location improves both its service and the quality of the experience for future customers.

It felt like a lot of Indians with no clear chief. The tour starts in the chocolate room, gotta love that! Chocolate covered chips, cookies, marshmallows and fudge all around. The owners family has been in the candy business for years and he still works there everyday, that's awesome! :)) I'm glad we checked it out. Thank you Sweet Petes! You can trust me, I am a candy eating American. ;D

They have everything you could possibly imagine they had I believe at least four soft serve machine machines so they can deal with large crowds quickly. It is only 10 minutes from Costco on Royal golf Parkway and just minutes from US one near Palencia. My husband is lactose intolerant and he can always have this ice cream without any problems. The place is the cutest little space with old pictures and string lights. The menu is pretty extensive too. I came here for the vegan chef challenge and ordered the Oreo ice cream sandwich (with sprinkles). The lady that took my order was so sweet and we chatted a bit after she asked if I came here specifically for the vegan menu. The ice cream sandwich came out pretty quickly and the portion size was HUGE. I was expecting it to be half the size it was. The sandwich was absolutely delicious & the sprinkles added a bit of texture to the Oreo cookie that was on the softer size and the vanilla ice cream filling. So many people were not aware of this being on the menu this month until they saw my order & wanted to try it for next time. Will absolutely come back again before end of the month to get the same thing again before it leaves the menu!
