My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

There were about 4 ppl hanging out at this reception desk and maybe 6 ppl in the waiting room. It's a sensitive area, and I thought I could count on discreet communication. Instead, the woman speaking to me says, "STD?", loudly and with a cold demeanor. I said no. And left. I found this to be wildly unprofessional and rude. And as someone who avoids doctors bc I've been slut shamed and assaulted and slut shamed for being assaulted, you make the entire medical field look bad. It's already not safe for women. Youve made it worse.

I have been dealing with Chronic pain and fibromyalgia for over a decade, and have a protocol that works. Instead of listening to me the first pa was hung up on my wanting a controlled pain med refill and forgetting that I was trying to be seen for a follow up to a car accident. The second visit with a doctor...I was made out to be a drug addict and demanded I take antidepressants/anti anxiety meds for my pain, of which I have tried previously and didn't want to take. I want to treat the pain as needed not have to take a daily medication, but that didn't make sense to her and I was a drug addict. I clearly am not or I wouldn't have had a month's rx last 10 weeks instead of 4. The pain meds she offered isn't covered by my insurance and the one I was asking for a refill was already pre authorized by my insurance provider, had she looked at my records from my previous doctor, she would've seen that. This is a corporate doc in a box, not real care. This was the Rayford office.

More concerning was that my ability to receive care appeared to be influenced by my husband's account status rather than my individual medical needs. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient-centered care. Additionally, the billing practices were excessive and unexpected. Appointments routinely exceeded $550, and I was charged at a rate of approximately $175-350 per hour for every minute of time spent, similar to an attorney's billing structure. Because there is no support staff, any time spent outside of scheduled appointments--regardless of how brief--was also billed by the minute. This was not clearly communicated upfront and felt unreasonable given the already high cost per visit. Patients deserve transparent communication, ethical decision-making, and care based on medical need rather than financial considerations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this practice.

So, it was unexpected. We were there around 7 or 8 and had just come in and saw two other family members sitting outside of the room. (They patient was still getting situated inside) so we were trying to gather information about the situation as we waited. I took note of a bag at the opposite end of the bench but thought nothing of it. We kept chatting while we waited to go in the room. Then out of nowhere a woman, a nurse, comes in, masked up, and draped a towel over her bag and walks away. Now. I'm only writing this as a review because I truly feel like this is microaggression. Why not just get your bag? Was us discussing our sick family member infecting your bag, in a HOSPITAL where YOU WORK? I mean your bag was cool to be there in the open before my family members were sitting there. With all the hospital germs floating in the air laying on them caressing them depositing on them what they will. And now that there was a few people near your possessions you need to cover them? We were appalled. Astounded.

JC went above and beyond in every sense of the word. Not only was he incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he also brought a level of kindness and reassurance that completely put me at ease. MRIs can be intimidating, but JC explained everything clearly, checked in throughout the process, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Additionally, I was pretty emotional about the potential seriousness of my health situation. It's not often you come across someone who combines technical expertise with genuine compassion so seamlessly, but JC did just that! He turned what could have been a stressful experience into one that felt smooth, calm, and even reassuring. The entire team and facility were fantastic, but JC is truly a standout. From check-in to discharge every staff member I encountered was so kind and compassionate. Check-in was very efficient and I was even able to get a more detailed computer of my receipt of payment made weeks prior to surgery to suffice my HSA. Every nurse who oversaw my care was so friendly and personable. Dr. Aziz ans Dr. Anoura was very thorough in explaining everything and considerate when I expressed concerns about the procedure. The procedure did not take long so I was discharged less than 1.5 hours after going under. My recovery had been good for the most part but I am grateful to the staff who eased my fears and anxiety. Thank you again to the kind nurse who prayed over me prior to going under.
