Wait Time: 5/5 Quality of Care: 5/5 Chiropractor Friendliness: 5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Office Communication: 2/5 I've been here about 5 times now, and every visit has been excellent. The chiropractor, Dr. Ohern, is really kind and professional. He's helped me with both my hip and shoulder issues, and I've noticed real improvement. He's extremely thorough, which makes the whole experience even better. The only small downside is that it can be a little hard to reach someone by phone if you need to adjust your appointment--they prefer you to email instead. But other than that, everything is a breeze. Highly recommend! read more

I've been seen several times this month by Dr. DeLeva and Dr. O'Hern at Hyperion Chiropractic for what I thought might be a pinched nerve in my back and recurring pain in my arm. Both were incredibly thoughtful about my symptoms and treatment, taking time to explain what was happening, share knowledge, and give me exercises to do between visits. My symptoms have already started easing, and I've felt noticeable relief after every session. For good measure, I also tried acupuncture and fire cupping with Dr. Austin--which felt like a spa-level experience. I've had acupuncture elsewhere before, but this was the first time I truly felt tangible results. I also have to give a shoutout to their office manager, Matthew, who makes everything seamless. He's so helpful with recommendations and makes scheduling (and last-minute rescheduling) so so easy. 10/10 recommend Hyperion Chiropractic to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring practitioners and an all-around fantastic experience. read more

Honestly, everyone here is amazing. Ollie gives a fantastic massage -- deep work with gentle pressure -- I'm not sure how he does it! Great for chronic pain/illness and injuries. But my favorite is the hot stone! read more

I am a 30 year body work aficionado and Christine is among my favorite massage therapists. She is highly skilled and, most importantly, deeply empathetic. She always discusses with me the state of my body and hones in on the various chronic and repetitive strain issues that I suffer. I can not say enough about her care and her craft. She is a gifted practitioner. read more

I was recommended to this place for a chiropractor by a friend and I'm so glad they did. I now go here for all types of services. Everyone here, from the front desk to the practitioners, is so nice, welcoming, and great at what they do. They do a great job taking care of you while there and giving helpful advice to help your needs when not there. Highly recommend. read more

I cannot say enough about the massages from Cristine! She listens to her clients about areas of concern but I almost feel like I don't need to say anything because she's so intuitive. She builds trust quickly with her precision, presence and her ability to use many different styles of massage. Cristine always leaves me feeling aligned and deeply cared for. She's SO good! read more

I would not recommend this office. I was with Dr. Shane Edwards. I felt I didn't receive enough time with the doctor during appointments. Some of my questions, in my opinion, were not thoroughly answered regarding care. read more

Dr. Austin has concerned himself with addressing my most urgently needed Acupuncture care & I feel confident enough to know that I am on my way to full-recovery. The Clean and centrally located for the utmost convenience. Thanks Guys! read more

Highly recommend! I've been going to Hyperion Chiropractic for almost 5 years now, the longest chiro I've ever stayed with. Dr. Matt DeLava has been so helpful in this he realignment of my body, as well as Dr. Matt Asemi. As well I see Marion for my acupuncture and cupping needs and she is FANTASTIC!! I've been seeing her for almost 2 years. Both chiropractors have different styles and can help you in different ways which I appreciate. I live in Burbank now and it's a little trek for me and it's hard to find good chiros so I'm loyal. read more

Exceptional care once again from my favourite Chiro Dr Matt Assemi. He sorted out my crunchy, frozen shoulder, fixed my sore neck and also did some cranial massage which was gentle but surprisingly powerful. So intuitive, a true healer - absolutely the best! read more

I was in total pain with sciatica. Nothing was working and within a few short days I was walking again. Tremendous amount of kindness and caring along with a sense of humor, went a long way in assisting making some strides towards my recovery. read more

Matt is an amazing chiropractor! I've been coming for about 8 years now. I highly recommend Matt's services as well as a great massage therapist, Janay, that I have also visited a couple of times. I love this business - always feel better after my visits. Thank you! read more

Full disclosure, I used to be a practitioner at Hyperion Chiropractic and Acupuncture in 2021. I was a massage therapist at some of the best spas in Los Angeles, but Hyperion was by far my favorite environment for both work and my own personal wellness/healing. The environment is clean, friendly, and welcoming, and the practitioners are professional, genuinely caring, and some of the absolute best in the LA area in my opinion (and I have been to just about every spa and massage boutique in Los Angeles). When I decided to leave LA, I was sad to give up my position at this office, however I entrusted my clients and position to Chloe Zubiri, whom I had met at a previous spa. Chloe and I traded bodywork services regularly, and she was soon the only practitioner that I would recommend my former clients to and my favorite therapist to attend to my own personal care. I knew that there was no one better suited to take my position at this clinic. Getting a massage from Chloe is a uniquely wonderful experience--her depth of caring for others and her knowledge of the craft are profound. It is rare to meet someone with such a passion and capacity for healing, and if she wasn't 100% committed to professionalism and boundaries, I would never have left all my clients in her care. It is shocking to see any review of Chloe questioning her boundaries, as I have discussed these issues with her extensively as colleagues and have experienced her work dozens of times as a client. It is truly unfortunate that someone would choose this platform to air their concerns anonymously and deprive Hyperion's staff and Chloe to address these incredibly serious allegations, as I know they take these matters to heart and work hard to create a safe, inclusive, and healing environment. I hope whoever has left the review will consider reaching out directly to Hyperion to clarify the matter. These allegations can ruin a therapist's career and livelihood, and the livelihood of all of those who work at this business. To deprive them of the opportunity to fully understand the issue at hand is hugely unfair and undermines the legitimacy of the accusations. I often specialize with my clients in healing from assault and improving boundaries, and have myself experienced assault in a massage setting. I don't think it's fair to either brush the client's feelings or accusations under the rug nor is it fair to the accuser to leave an anonymous review without addressing the matter with the business. This is an incredibly important issue of safety and needs to be resolved in a serious way, not over Yelp. Anyway this clinic is amazing and all the practitioners are solid gold! read more

Dr. Assemi was so dedicated to address all the areas of my body that needed work. I spent most of my life with chronic headaches, neck/shoulder and hip pain. Through a couple of sessions, he addressed all my pain points. I was surprised at how he helped me get rid of my chronic headaches using very gentle pressure around my head. In the past with previous chiropractors, I've felt rushed, ignored and just another clinical patient. This was not the case with Dr. Assemi, he genuinely cares, he's professional, insightful and takes whatever time is needed for your session. Thanks to him, I no longer live in chronic pain. read more

Life changing bodywork with Chloe Zubiri I walked in a hot damn mess and left feeling like myself again. Myself pre-Covid. Myself when I was fun. I'm ready to be fun again! Prepare to receive your healing. And bring cash because you're gonna want to tip her well. Thank you, Chloe. You're a Goddess. read more

I was a total mess when I came here: major digestion issues from traveling, tweaked back and neck from driving, and general hormone issues. Marion Dunham managed to make me feel human again after a full acupuncture and cupping session. I've been treated by Marion since she was a student acupuncturist and she's gotten better and better with each year she practices! She truly has a healing touch. I have so much more energy after each of our sessions. The office itself is clean, lovely, and welcoming. I recommend Marion for all your acupuncture needs; she's the best! read more

I have been seeing Chloe Zubiri for years. I've sent friends and family to her. She is an absolute professional, takes client boundaries seriously, and would never harass or intimidate a client. She makes it her mission to provide a safe therapeutic space for her clients. I will continue to see Ms. Zubiri and continue referring her to others. read more

I'm so thankful I found Dr Matt, Dr Shane, and the rest of the staff at Hyperion Chiropractic. Being no stranger to long term muscular imbalances, I've seen my fair share of Chiropractors over the years. Most rush you through the process because they book so many clients it's more like a conveyor belt than personal, attentive care. All the staff here are kind, compassionate, professional, and really listen to you when you describe your issues. I never feel rushed and they take the time to work on your muscles before an adjustment which makes it more effective, for me at least. They also have onsite massage therapy, acupuncture, Rolfing, etc so you can try various treatment options to understand what may work best for your body. Prices are super affordable, even without insurance, and parking is a breeze. The online scheduling is so convenient. I feel much better results with the lovely staff at Hyperion Chiropractic than any other office I've been to. Highly recommend! read more

I love this place and was so relieved to find it. They came highly recommended but I was curious as I had a great chiropractor for years here in LA until he retired. I see Dr. Shane Edwards at Hyperion Chiropractic and he is always professional and listens to what I need. His adjustments continue to really help me, and I appreciate his expertise. The office folks are friendly and the price per session is reasonable in my opinion compared to much more expensive places I looked into when looking for a new chiropractor. I also had Shane see my teenage son when he had a soccer injury last year and I was so relieved to have Shane to rely on. After a couple of sessions my son was back on the field. I am very grateful to be able to have Hyperion here locally. read more

I've been going here for over three years and I HIGHLY recommend the clinic. Dr Matt Assemi is my chiro and I always feel amazing after an appt - he's really intuitive and seems to know exactly what your issue is even when you don't quite know how to explain it or where to focus. He's also a really interesting person w good stories to distract you when he's working on a tough part of your back. I also see Chloe for massage and she's also excellent - really intuitive as well and has a fun personality. They both make you feel extremely comfortable w your aches and pains, lol. read more

I have been getting myofascial and traditional massages with Chloe for a couple of years and she is simply the best, most talented, tenderhearted, warm person. She takes such good care of my body and gives me tips for little things I can do to help with some of my chronic problem areas. I always leave feeling restored physically and mentally. I think her rates are extremely reasonable but she also offers great packages. I used to spa/masseuse-hop based on availability but Chloe is my person. read more

AMAAAAZING myofascial release massage with Chloe Zubiri. I've been twice so far to work on a pretty complex amalgamation of injury and seized up muscles and tendons, and I could not be more thankful. I've been living with pain and feeling like parts of me have turned to stone, and Chloe's skill and intuition have made a miracle of a difference, she's broken me loose, and I'm feeling so much more like myself again! Thank you so much Chloe!! read more

Chloe Zubiri touched me very inappropriately during a massage here. I struggled for a long time on whether or not to report this, but I think people should know to avoid this therapist. I won't get into explicit details, but Chloe touched me in a blatantly inappropriate, non-therapeutic way and ignored my requests to stop. read more

Matt is the best chiro I have experienced. I have been coming for years to get adjusted and it never ceases to amaze me how I feel after.

I have been seen doctor delava for years and in 2013 I was in an accident and thought a spinal cord injury. Dr. Deleva contributed Chiropractic Services, Massage, and Acupuncture for me for the next year and I can't tell you the difference it made in my recovery. I continue to go to see him regularly and the other day I had the great fortune to have Dr. Shane Edwards work on me to help me release my hips. Every time I go in I get a full assessment and sometimes we do the whole magilla sometimes we only do certain parts depending on the condition of my spine not my spine. I trust the doctors and staff completely. I have also seen Chris Mancuso for Rolfin and would do that every day if I could. I can't say enough about these guys read more

I have been getting adjusted by Dr Matt for over a decade and this office really has it together! Matt's neck adjustments are a critical part of my self care, and my husband and I also really enjoy Marion's acupuncture and cupping. I've been adjusted by Dr Shane when Matt's out of town and he's excellent too. Top notch chiropractic in a really nice office environment. 10/10 read more

Matt DeLeva is the BEST! Matt really stands out as a chiropractor that was able to dig into my concerns and ease my pain while offering a very kind and thoughtful approach. I recently visited Matt postpartum after delivering my baby. He focused on the areas in pain (my hips and neck) and offered a whole body adjustment from head to toe. Within a day of the adjustment, I felt back to normal and could lift and care for my newborn without pain. Matt was a lifesaver at a critical time of life and I highly recommend a visit to him. read more

I have been a client of Chloe's for years and consider her my healer. She has performed several different services for me none of which were unprofessionally performed. She has been supportive and professional and currently supporting me thru lymphatic massage because I have cancer. There is no one on this planet I would have support me down this road other then Chloe. She is sensitive and kind. My life and health have improved having met her. I'll put my name on this because I am proud to say I have met her and she is improving the quality of my life. Oh did I mention that she does give a hell of a massage. Thank you Chloe. read more

Highly recommend Marion Dunham for acupuncture! I've been seeing her for over a year and her treatments have worked wonders on my health concerns, which include chronic insomnia, pain management, and digestion. Post-acupuncture, I always feel relaxed and tranquil and end up sleeping great. She's also wonderful with herbs and found me a formula that's helped reduce bloating and hormonal imbalances. She's kind, respectful, and an attentive, non-judgmental listener. You are in great hands with her. Prices are extremely fair and Marion is conscientious about following COVID protocols--masking up, washing hands, keeping the area clean & disinfected, etc. read more

As a woman, if you like your knee on your chiro's d*** when they are adjusting you, then this is your place.

Absolutely the best chiropractic care I've ever received. Professional, friendly and kind every time. As a woman I always feel completely comfortable and at ease in the hands of all the doctors I've seen. Truly the best. read more

Huge attitude and they pull your leg up holding your shoes. Badly badly Mediocre bedside manners. Acually none what so ever.

I was having a neck/nerve issue that was causing pain and numbness down my arm, but nothing seemed to be helping. And in all transparency, I was a skeptic of acupuncture. Okay, color me totally wrong--Marion was fantastic! She was patient, empathetic and thorough as she assessed my issue and then used a variety of acupuncture and cupping techniques to alleviate the problem. I'm not one of those, "Wow, it cured me in a day" type of people...but it immediately eliminated the pain/weakness in my arm, and the sensation returned to my hand by that evening. So, wow! I highly recommend Marion and her toolkit of awesomeness! read more

I've been going to Hyperion Chiropractic for years. I've seen both Dr. Matt DeLeva and Dr. Shane Edwards for chiropractic care. They've helped me get rid of chronic neck and shoulder pain. Not just as a one-and-done cracking session, but by helping me learn about my muscles and ways I can work to overcome these issues on my own at home through stretching and strengthening. As a female, it's important for me to feel comfortable with male medical professionals as there's a lot of necessary touching -- these two have always maintained the utmost professionalism, using lots of communication as they make adjustments to my body. I've also received massages from Christine. She's phenomenal. I've had a lot of massages in my life and know that she's top of the line. She's very communicative, intuitive, and to my preference, strong. I feel lots of relief every time I leave her table. She was able to help me identify recurring stomach pain as a tight psoas muscle. Haven't felt it since! Most recently I've tried acupuncture with Marion. Whoa, good stuff. I fell asleep almost immediately -- haven't felt that relaxed in years. She spent a while discussing my personal needs and health concerns before diving in. Also highly intuitive and knowledgable. Haven't done a ton of acupuncture, but from the various professionals I've seen -- I'd really recommend a session with her. *Not paid for this review, just a big fan of all the good stuff happening here. read more

Matt DeLeva has been helping me remedy my back with a kind hand for years , I always leave the office feeling better .

I was in a lot of pain, upper back, a few months ago and found Hyperion Chiropractic and Acupuncture. I was relieved of my pain, which was caused by stress, and they gave me a few recommendations to do at home. I will repeat what other reviews have said, as a woman, I felt very comfortable with a male doctor, and never made me feel weird. I also recommend doing acupuncture, it has helped me so much that I get super excited when I go to my appointments. They also have massages, which I just remembered, I need to make an appointment. I am so grateful to have found Hyperion Chiropractic and Acupuncture the staff is so wonderful and just a pleasure to work with. read more
