I wanted something difficult. I needed accountability. And I longed for strength. Being one month in, I'm so grateful for this space. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful. They accept my novice position within the CrossFit community, while not settling for me to give up. They want me to do hard things for myself, and not for the workout, and I know this due to the way they treat me. They've paid close attention to me from an encouragement, teaching and commitment standpoint without making me feel incapable and incompetent. For the first time in my nearly four decades on the planet, I'm craving my next day at the gym after leaving yet another strenuous one. Also, when you go to cancel they will send you down some long convoluted trail and charge you extra. Whatever you do, don't go here. There's a crunch a few minutes away that's way bigger, cleaner, cheaper, and all around better.
