He then took time to come outside with me and show me how to plug my phone into my rather old sound system (you cannot use CarPlay with a cord) and how to make the nav system work so that it played directions over my car speakers without interfering with the blue tooth connection to my hearing aids. While there, he diagnosed a problem I was having with my laptop and showed me how to bring it back on line.. It was an operator error so no repair was needed and no charge was made. The service was fast and professional. I will undoubtedly return should I have future problems, and with my history it is likely that I will. Thank you, Oak Grove iFix.

Purchased a brand new gas stove that was advertised as new in box, but with scratch and dent…read moredetails. Paid $2,000 and was told it would be warrantied by the business if when hooked up there was any issues. As soon as the product was connected to gas, a strong leak was detected from the back of the gas stove connection on the unit itself. I immediately called B & R and they took zero accountability or responsibility for the issue. They stated I must then go through the manufacture's warranty to have the issue addressed. Basically they just took my money, sold me a faulty product, and then pushed it back on me to fix with the warranty company directly - which I did not have time or energy for. It took several calls to the warranty company, appointments, the rescheduling of appointments because their tech team couldn't make it out, ordering or parts with follow-up appointments to finally fix the issue. It was over the course of 2 months that I finally was able to have a working gas stove - what I had originally paid for and was promised from the beginning. B & R basically wiped their hands clean from the moment the product left their store. Would never trust them or buy from them again.

Didn't bother asking for an order number, just said "we were busy, you'll get two different emails saying it went out" As a working photographer, I did like the price of the lens but this uncertainty in the service might now have been worth the savings. Fingers crossed they change my mind Edit: Still leaving One Star. I called and said "I think I'd like to cancel my order and the sales person answered "ok..." Like 5 second pause until I asked "do you need an order number or something?" He said "last name" I think the customer service employees either hate working there or hate customers. I'm not even sure if they're going to actually cancel my order, doesn't seem like a helpful spot for online orders. Maybe my problem was ordering from a different state. Either way, I wouldn't recommend for online orders. Horrible experience.

I came back with my camera and felt good about leaving it with them for an estimate. They were able to source parts quicker than I expected and suggested some other age related maintenance it needed and came back with an estimate which I found more than reasonable. As well as a surprising time frame to complete. 2-3 weeks later as promised I got notice it was done. Went in to pick it up and am feeling emotional because my camera which I purchased new in 1985 is once again beautiful!
