I showed up at 3:15 because the hospital had closed the regular entrance because of covid 19 concerns and, having difficulty walking, I had to take a long circuitous route to his office. When I did arrive I was met by a rude staff member who said the Doctor may not be able to see me, because I am late, but fill out the paper work anyway. I did, and as I was ready to turn it in right at 3:30 I was told that I needed to reschedule. What? I said, for a consultation you are going to ask me to come back? I said "forget about it. I'll go somewhere else". Which I did and very happy that I went to see Dr. Bednarek at GBMC. What an inconsiderate office and Doctor! Is there a negative rating I can give this practice?

I began seeing Dr Abed several years ago at the request from a different doctor. I saw him and immediately he pinpointed the pain spots and he said this is what you have & these are the treatment options. He brought it up on his computer to show me how damaged my spine actually was and why I was and in so much pain. He offered me injections in my back to alleviate the pain. I got the injection for a few years and then it stopped working and I required surgery. He booked a Rhizotomy and burned my nerves. Very successful. He believes the same as me too treat with the least invasive approach first then if needed go to the Rhizotomy or facet joint injection or sciatica injection. The office staff is good. The office is always clean. I highly recommend Dr Abed to help you with your pain management especially back pain. He has been very helpful, informative, gentle, supportive, respectful and professional. He got me through a difficult time when my right leg was not working and was numb but painful and I had difficulty walking. He treated me and about 3 months later I was back to normal. I can't say enough about his practice but 10/10!! I am going to add that he does not give any prescriptions for pain medication.

I am disabled, and need extra assistance with certain things. They went out of their way to help me and were kind and professional as well. The doctor was phenomenal. He took time to ask me about my experience at the previous pain management clinic I attended, and why I left. He asked what I was hoping to get out of my experience with him and his clinic. We discussed my medication's and he was able to tell me that I had received some in accurate information previously. we made adjustments to my medication's and he told me what his course of action would be if I don't see improvement. He was very open and explained things thoroughly. He was very kind and personable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy that I made the choice to switch clinics and I am confident I will see reduction in my pain levels and that he will work with me until that happens.

I had broken my back and neck, the calcaneus in my right foot was shattered and is held together with titanium plates and pins along with brain damage. I have many other problems I deal with resulting from a car accident that was in no way my fault. I live in a constant state of pain, however the medications enabled me to get through each day. Tomorrow I will most likely be in the hospital because the DEA and the Federal government doesn't care about the patients when they want to make an example out of a Doctor whose done nothing wrong.

Living in Miami, started having these incredible headaches that would deform my face, I've never had migraines so started by going to the dentist thinking it was a tooth. Went to a dentist, nose, ear & throat doctor, well, after all ended up in a neurologist wanting to operate my head to figure out what was wrong. I was spending over $5000 a month and was drugged out under Percocet, Lyrica, Maltex and other medications I don't remember or can even pronounce. The headaches never left. Moved to PA, went to see FERY my hero. This doctor took away all Meds with her treatment. She saved me. Till date there's been no more headaches, after all it was just a pinched nerve between my neck & shoulder.
