The day we were leaving for my sister's wedding, I got a call from the vet saying that one of my cats needed to start taking daily medication right away. Literally 30 minutes before I was about to board the flight to go out of town for a week. I was panicking and didn't know what to do. I reached out to Woofie's, and they immediately stepped in to help. They picked up the medication from the vet, coordinated with me about the prescription, and added extra visits on short notice so my cat could get her medicine right away. They communicated so quickly and clearly and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Once we were gone, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They stayed longer than scheduled to make sure my cat not only got her medication but also felt comfortable and cared for afterward. They brought different treats and wet food to help her feel at ease (always checking with me first), and they gave both of our cats so much love and attention. It's clear they don't just "do" pet care, they truly care about your animals. They're professional, reliable, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. I felt completely confident that my cats were in the best hands while I was gone. I don't usually leave reviews, but Woofie's absolutely deserves one on every platform possible.
