I then asked if I could text photos of the front and back of the rug so they could at least tell me if it could be repaired, which she agreed to. Even though they advertise that they repair hand knotted rugs, she told me that it was a hand knotted rug amd that they were not set up for that type of repair. So then I asked if she could recommend someone who could, and I got crickets. Seems like they don't stand by what they advertise. Very surprising since they have such a large presence in this area. I am a Realtor and an Interior Designer and in the process of compiling a resource book to publish for new residents to Sussex Co. I will not be including them as a resource.

They were timely in getting back to me. On the day of the appointment, they were punctual and arrived on time. It took them about 3.5-4 hrs. Sonya made suggestions on what cleaning products I should use and how to properly maintain them. I had been using bleach products, which she suggested I no longer use. Instead she recommended clear or light colored products. They offer a one-year warranty so I called them a few days later as I needed them to come out to touch up a few spots. They kindly did so and it looks perfect now. I haven't seen our grout and caulk look this good since we purchased our home in 2015. Thank you to Sonya, Josh, and their son!

His guys, Scott & Casey were very pleasant, professional and did an excellent job. So much so we asked them to try to clean an old makeup stain, 2x3, in the carpet that we had made worse trying to clean for months. Royal Plus pointed us at Leclaire flooring. Their remedy was they would redo the work at cost. We did business with them when they were OC floors - over 20K over a couple of projects - but we will never do business again as we had to chase them down to get an answer on a remedy. Be wary of doing business with these people.
