He had promised a job with our upstairs would be completed in one day, instead it took four days and caused our child to be unable to access their room and stay with a friend. The tile was chipped and cracked...but the best was he did not install a drain. No respect whatsoever for your home. Had to have his handiwork torn out to the studs and start from scratch with someone who actually knew what he was doing. Got a $4500 arbitration award against Justin. Just waiting for the courts to fully open to move forward. Something wrong with Justin Latreille.
