They were on time, courteous, clean and respectful of my patio and rose bushes. They were FAST! They did the roof and replaced two skylights in less than 8 hours. My roof won't need to be replaced for 45 years and it looks great. The price was right and extremely competitive....don't waste your time with others. Bryant is fairly priced, knowledgeable about the product and accessible...many texts went back and forth! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

My husband outreached to them and NO response. We had a man come out to clean our gutters and looked at that area. The shingles are pried up. The wood underneath is rotted and the top of the downspout is exposed. We have had two roofing companies come out and look at it. We have gotten estimates each in the thousands to fix it. Both companies pointed out separately to us that whoever fixed it that last time (Ridge to Valley) did a "half assed job".....their words, not mine. It's incredibly disappointing that we couldn't even get so much as a response even if it's to say they're too busy. I understand the roofer cannot control wildlife such as squirrels, etc getting in there but I question if that would've happened had the repair been better.

He and his crew, Sam and Manuel found more than they bargained for and it required more than we anticipated. Hidden rotten wood was subsequently torn out and replaced, aluminum siding was refitted, the entire structure has been shored up and will easily last another 24 yrs!! They did a great job! Vince has all of the windows working great once again and adjusted all my screens as well. I am very happy with the work they did and the price I paid. I plan to call on him again. However, weDry Restoration were much more attentive, better priced, did a much better job, and were friendlier. They were very understanding to the needs elderly parents's flooded basement the area recently had. The other company came out, seemed knowledgeable, looked around the house a little (didn't go into the attic or do a deep inspection) and did an air mold test. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. I was very overwhelmed due to the situation and first spoke with Amy, who was very kind and understanding. Even though she was professional, she made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to a friend instead of just a business. She was able to have someone out right away to do an inspection. When Mike came out to do the inspection, not only was he also kind and professional, he was extremely thorough. Pulling back the carpeting and padding in the closet, going up into the attic to look around, and even looking through all of the basement insulation. I was very impressed with the time and effort he put in to finding the source of the mold smell. WeDry was able to get a detailed quote back same day that showed a breakdown of every single expense so you know exactly where your money is going. I was also impressed by how quickly I would receive email responses from Amy or that she would touch base to see how I was doing. The cause of the mold ended up being due to an outside issue and our HOA stepped in to handle the repairs, using their own company. However, if Amy and Mikes work ethic are a reflection of weDry Restoration and the rest of their team and services, then I would say they are an outstanding company and believe that other companies should take a page from their book.

I am giving this company 3 stars because the work itself was completed on time, but the overall…read moreexperience was deeply disappointing. Bait‑and‑switch concerns. The owner, Blake, initially presented one set of expectations and then shifted them once the project began. Warranty issues. I was told the work came with a two‑year warranty. Within one week of the bathroom being completed, I discovered a leak behind the wall. When I requested assistance, I was blamed for the issue rather than offered support--despite the problem appearing almost immediately after completion. Contract practices. The contract I was asked to sign was blank. When I raised concerns about the work, I was told the items I questioned were "not in the contract." Instead of addressing the issues, I was met with threats of litigation, and at one point the owner made comments that I perceived as physically threatening. Several mistakes were made during the project and were only corrected after I pushed back--only for the situation to be turned around on me again. I invested approximately $30,000 in this project. My original review was posted on Yelp but was later removed after the owner disputed it. I have text message documentation of the entire experience and will provide it if further false statements are made by the owner or Blake (B.G.). My strong recommendation: do not sign a blank contract and ensure every detail of the work is documented. I made the mistake of trusting the owner as a friend, and that trust was not respected.
