On both jobs, the proposed price was the final price and the work completed was of outstanding quality. 3/5 I had a mixed…read moreexperience with this company. I want to start by saying that Ryan, the owner, was extremely professional, kind, and responsive throughout the process. They did come out and successfully resolve the water leak that was getting into my garage, which I appreciate. My main concern is the craftsmanship and finished appearance. As you can see in the photos, the pavers along the garage were not aligned straight with the garage door. When viewed from the side, the uneven line is very noticeable and unfortunately makes the finished work look sloppy. I would encourage Ryan to have a little more oversight of his crews, as he was not present on the day the original work was performed. The crew that came back to address the water issue was a different crew, and they were actually the ones who pointed out that the tiles should not have been cut shorter in the first place. Had the tiles been left at their original width, it would have avoided the alignment issue altogether. I really appreciate Ryan's professionalism and the fact that they ultimately resolved the water issue, which is why I'm giving three stars. Unfortunately, the quality and appearance of the finished work keep me from giving a higher rating.

Wow I just wanted to say how happy we were with Continental Painting & Pressure Cleaning…read more Continental really knows what they are doing when it came to painting our newly renovated apartment. We recently bought an apartment in Miramar and had it renovated but needed the entire apartment painted from the floorboards to the ceiling (had the popcorn removed but not by Continental). They came in very quickly to give us a quote which came out about $500 less than other competitors which was fantastic. They used Sherman Williams super high quality paint Pro Mar 200 Pure White and painted the entire apartment in two days. They laid down all the necessary flooring protection to protect the floor from the paint which it did. Their attention to detail was outstanding and would recommend them to my family and friends for any home paint jobs

But Mario, the owner, came himself and gave a quote that was based on measurements, unlike the others who just eyeballed our house and gave a quote. And he came in lower than the other quotes. Each day his painters were here, so was Mario. He is very personable and professional, as one would expect from a 30 year old company. His workers were industrious, courteous and respectful of our property and of us. In four days, the house was pressure washed, stucco patched, windows and doors recaulked, primed and painted with rollers and brushes... no sprayers that can cause overspray! When we did the final walk through, we noticed some differences in the paint where touch ups had been done and Mario fixed it himself. I would recommend this company without hesitation and would use Gonzalez Painting for the future.

With Such a Horrendous, Unbearable, and Disorganized Experience we had; this is By Far the Worst…read moreHome Owners Nightmare we have Encountered.. Looking for a Company to Reface Our Kitchen Cabinets along with Our Backroom Cabinets I came across a Yelp Friend that Promotes Factory Direct. After getting In-Contact with Daniel at Factory Direct he Scheduled Us an Appointment with Bruce the Interior Designer. Bruce came over with All Color Options, Designs, and Insight. We Fell In-Love with Everything he pitched (A Great Salesman). We pulled the Trigger with an Estimate to have the Cabinets Refaced in 2 Days, No Longer than a Week. All Cabinets were Measured and we were Introduced to Maurice the Contractor and Jason the Project Manager. They Submitted Our Order after Measuring and some Provisions to Our Kitchen such as taking out the Wine Cabinet, Placing Cabinet Doors on Our Microwave Opening, and More. We were Excited and Very Confident that this was going to be a Smooth Transaction. Once the Cabinets came in from the Manufacture, Instillation was Scheduled and Maurice began his work. Two Days turned into Two Weeks then in-turn was not Complete for Over SIX Months... With Over a Dozen Re-Orders and Send-Backs of the Cabinet Doors they still Returned to Us with Blemishes, Scratches, and Unpleasing Finished Work. On top of this Headache, Maurice was Unprofessional, Careless, Sloppy, and Disorganized which in turn falls to the Project Manger Not doing his Job or caring about the Customer. They left us with Damage to Surrounding Areas without Any Fix. We had Countless Conversations with Jason along with Bruce of which neither could find a Suitable Solution. We lived this long with Everything Out of Our Cabinets being All Over Our House. Each time Maurice came to "Fix" or Exchange the Doors a Huge Mess was left being a Huge Frustration to Us. Due to Signing a Contract with Factory Direct we were Stuck with this Vexation Day in and Day Out. Communication was Extremely Poor with Show-Up's Not Scheduled, Us Being Left in the Dark, and Pure Distrust. I would Never Recommend Factory Direct Renovations Group for Any Kind of Home Project or as a Company. This is as we are still awaiting a Piece that they Promised us..

Sure enough they came in the morning and worked tirelessly all day and completed all four jobs, including smoothing a cement wall, changing an area of drywall, changing baseboards, painting, changed the fascia and reinstalling an outlet related to patching a hole in an exterior wall. We are completely blown away with the attention to detail and the quality of work. PLUS they cleaned up the whole mess and left the leftover supplies. We are so happy. We immediately asked them if they were available to do more smaller jobs around the house and they were nice enough to do a couple of them that same day for a very fair price. Plus they were just nice and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat without reservation. They are worth every penny. I am so happy and I will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other jobs we have around the house.
