When brought to Cameron's attention he stated that his fingers were too large to clean the tracks. At the high cost of service I expect the window tracks to be cleaned also. We have screens on only 3 windows along with the sliding glass patio door. I know that the patio door screen was not removed and cleaned. It is an inside screen and needed to be removed in order to clean it properly. The screen door leading to the master bedroom was NOT cleaned. When brought to Cameron's attention he said he didn't clean it because it was locked. He did not offer to clean it if I unlocked it so I didn't pursue it. Maybe my expectations are too high in which case Cameron did a great job of cleaning the windows while being polite and professional. Next time I will ask for a list of exactly what services will be provided for the money being charged.

I had water damage recently and worked with a water remediation and rebuild company in which I…read moredecided to let go. The workers were okay but the owners seemed to know very little about the business other than knowing how to make sure your water claim was processed through your insurance agency. Also, they chipped/cracked a few tiles during the remediation portion. There were other horrors to this company but no need to share them here... So once that company was done with remediation I didn't feel comfortable with them having to do my rebuild. The day I was sure I was going to fire the other company, I was driving to work behind a truck that said De Rosa and Sons Drywall. This was exactly what I needed! I looked at their reviews and decided to get an estimate. The father came for the estimate and didn't ask many invasive questions like some other contractors have done to me in the past- he came and did his job. I got two other quotes as well. De La Rosa's was about $400 more than one drywall only competitor but that one other competitor did not have the most amazing drywall repair photos to show. Like I could look at the photos and could still detect the patchwork or where the drywall repair ended and began. Despite De La Rosa being $400 more, it was still within being reasonable. I went with De La Rosa and I'm so glad I did! They accommodated my schedule and showed up on time! They did an amazing job as well within a short period of time. They were respectful of my space and during their break time they were willing to engage in pleasant conversation. I can't even tell I had drywall repair done... the last thing I wanted to worry about is a bad drywall job bringing focus on a repair and being unsightly. They matched the texture exactly and the wall is super smooth. I am still in the process of painting no but once I get the walls painted I will add that picture. These guys are intelligent and definitely possess talent in the drywall arena. Was well worth the $400 extra. They also redeemed my faith in contractors.

This was hands-down the worst experience we've ever had with a contractor. They clearly had no idea what they were doing. They didn't know how to pour a footer, left out rebar, skipped grout in the block cavities, and even cut bricks just to hide rebar they placed in the wrong spot -- which meant the bricks didn't fit properly. The result? A crooked, unstable mess with grout smeared all over the face of the wall like a bad joke. They dragged the job out forever, ignored concerns, and ghosted us when it was clear they messed up. We had to go to the Registrar of Contractors, and even after that, they refused to fix major problems. We gave them a final shot out of good faith -- and it was more corner-cutting, lies, and negligence and abandonment- the lies they even told the judge were unbelievable from people who claim to be professional- but they didn't get away with it- they have multiple complaints against them now, I wouldn't be surprised if they loose their license- make sure to check first! This crew is dangerous, unskilled, and dishonest. Avoid them at all costs. Protect yourself: check contractor licenses, look up complaints, and contact the ROC if you're already stuck dealing with them -- they were the only ones who helped.
