For brunch today I got the ribeye skillet with no potatoes. Not gonna lie, the wagyu meatballs sounded fabulous but with my white dress, I wasn't willing to risk dropping marinara sauce on it. Next time for sure! My eggs were cooked perfectly! The ribeye was tender. There was a lot of onions and peppers. Everything about this skillet was good! I do wish that there was a little more char to the ribeye. The coloring of it wasn't really pleasant. It looked like it was steamed vs cooked on a flat grill. It was really good but the coloring of the ribeye really threw me off. Andrea did a great job taking care of us today. We had such a fun time being together and celebrating my cousin's birthday. I adored the little sugar crystal stick that came with my coffee. It was such a delicate touch to make such a simple beverage so pretty. The vibe was great.
