Middle of December 2025 they changed my 2014 Prius hybrid battery, I'm still unable to pass smog because the permanent code remains. Hybrid 2 go said, sometimes you have to drive it for 4 months before the permanent code disappears. In process waiting for the permanent code P0A80 code to disappear. I will change it to five stars if that happens. read more

Good price and friendly service. Would recommend them to replace hybrid battery pack.

I had an issue with my battery. They asked me the code and it fell under their purview. They came and fixed it for free. They are an incredible company. Unfortunately (for them) because they exist I plan on driving my Prius to 500k or maybe more. Never selling it! read more

Hybrid2Go - My Prius - Hybrid Car Repair Near Me

Kevin was fast, polite and very knowledgeable. I was ready to junk my old Prius, thanks to the dreaded "triangle of death." However, the service that Hybrid2Go provided was so convenient and affordable, I was able to get it back on the road for a fraction of what another shop had quoted me. He was super helpful with advice on mitigating water intrusion and other maintenance tips. Would recommend to anyone considering facing the expensive battery death. 10/10! read more

Today Michael from Hybrid 2 G came out to exchange my hybrid battery in my 2011 Prius. The company as a whole was responsive with timely updates of the upcoming service and everything was explained in detail as to what I should expect from the service. My appt time was between 0800 and 0900 and I received a text saying he would be here at 0844. He showed up at exactly 0844. Michael explained what he was going to do and why then went to work. In short order the job was done and I saved approx $3,000 from the cost at the dealer.Michael as a representative of the company was a pleasure to work with. I will be spreading the word to anyone with an older hybrid to give this company a try before spending a lot more to get your vehicle back on the road safely. read more

My Prius needed a new HV battery and after looking around online I found Hybrid2Go. I liked that they offered 3 year warranties on reconditioned batteries (a lot of other companies offer only 1 year). After a quick phone call,, I had an appointment scheduled for battery replacement within 48 hours. They come to you, which is quite useful if you have a dead HV battery. Cody arrived exactly on time, confirmed the codes for the Prius and quickly replaced the HV battery. I would definitely recommend Hybrid2Go if you need a fast HV battery replacement and want a solid warranty from a reputable company. read more

They offer a 200$ discount and quote you a price that is pretax. Our final quoted number on our Camry was $1699 and the invoice arrived at $1899. The "discount" was not reflected anywhere in the invoice. The guy on the phone was rude and talked in circles about why the invoice was so confusing. Get a FINAL quote (including tax and whatever discount they are suggesting) in writing before they do the work. read more

Michael was very professional and experienced in his job the work was done in a very high quality and efficient manner thank you

Way more than I expected! Came to San Bernardino, put in my new Hybrid battery, made sure everything was working properly and was done in around 40 minutes! Very nice, helpful and Professional! I refer everyone I know ( and don't know) if they EVER need a replacement to call Hybrid2Go, life time warranty and $8500 less than what Lexus wanted and that quote wasn't even with the labor! I could never complain that I paid a little under $3000 and would do it again! But I don't have to with the lifetime warranty! Keep up the good job! I appreciate You! read more

I got a replacement battery for my 2007 Prius a few years ago from Hybrid2Go and I'm happy to report it's still running nice and strong without any issues whatsoever! The price was amazing for the value to keep this thing running and they came to my house and replaced it in my garage, which saves even more since I didn't have to tow my car. I really appreciate their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs their services. read more

These guys replaced my hybrid battery 2 years ago. I forgot about the warranty. They did a great job the first time and so I called them and it's getting ready to have them do it again. It was very cost-effective the first time so I wasn't complaining. All on their own they asked how long ago I had replaced my hybrid battery and when they found out it was only 2 years ago... He said oh you're covered under warranty. He had me send in my engine codes and came in and replaced the whole thing no questions asked. What a great group of people. Marcos was an amazing tech who did the installation and Oz provided great customer service in my call. I couldn't recommend these guys more. read more

This was the best place to ever get my battery changed for my Lexus CT200H !! I have had it done before by a different company and the work does not compare to Hybird2Go . Made my reservation with Oz and he was absolutely amazing and helped me with more than that gave me advice on the car which saved me a ton of money in the long run. The mechanic came to my house shortly a few days later and fixed it literally less than 20 minutes. After that he was on his way to another job. This company is reliable and trusty worthy and set a tone for high standards and efficiency. Recommend everyone to get there battery rebuilt here . I have a two year warranty which other places did not provide . Thank you so much for everything and all the help that I received you guys are amazing read more

When the hybrid battery went out in my 2005 Prius over a year ago, I did a lot of internet research trying to find the best replacement option, knowing that a new hybrid battery was not going to be worth the expense. My sister had used a different refurb company before and they had several issues with the dash lights spontaneously going out, and I didn't want the same thing to happen. I took a chance on Hybrid2Go, and I'm so glad that I did. It has worked beautifully since we replaced it, and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. The convenience is another thing - they come to your car, wherever it is, and I was only waiting for a day or two. Would recommend this as a much more affordable option for anyone replacing their hybrid battery. read more

We'll the day came this week. I googled replacement batteries and found Hybrid2Go at the top of the search list. I called them and they aswered the phone and gave detailed infor about the price and process. I booked and appointment and they came the next morning. The tech arrived and was amazing! He came dressed professionally, was super knowledgeable and had the job done in less than 20 minutes. The experience was super smooth and their price was very reasonable. The batteries came with a 3 year warranty so if they last that long I will super happy! Thanks again Hybrid2Go! happy customer. read more

I have had a refurbished hybrid battery in my car for about a month and already need replacing they don't look like they do a good job on putting in new cells or refurbishing the cells. I need to go somewhere this week but it seems I won't be able to because the battery is still not in town yet. I was honestly assuming that the battery would last at least two years, but I guess they only last a month. If you can spend probably a little bit more money on a better company, I definitely would, but I didn't have money and they seemed like a good deal but I guess I'm paying for what I get. Just be cautious with this company. One good thing is that the installer was very professional. He was really kind really nice guy, but man the company is a mess really. read more

I fell for the low price of an ad that ended up being for a refurbished battery. But the price I paid for a brand new one was the same as my regular mechanic quoted me, but also included the installation and convenience of a person delivering and installing it on the street in front of my house. The company is new and growing and the owner is apparently struggling with reputation damage from an earlier business partnership. But things happen and I really want to support its green yet convenient business model. I talked with the manager (owner?) on the phone for a while discussing my options and what I hoped would happen. I found him to be decent and really straightforward. I made an appointment with a one hour window for a half hour installation. And it all happened on time and without a hitch. I have a new Toyota battery with papers and the car runs as good as ever. I'm very happy. Cody was my expert installation mechanic. He texted from 20 minutes away and made everything totally easy. read more

I was working at dominos delivering pizza when my Prius hybrid battery died. Googled all sorts of places and called and emailed a bunch. If I could give more stars I would! Here's a quick background on my situation. I own a 2013 Prius C, and although it was thoroughly maintained, the hybrid battery was useless in early 2024. I tried to wait, but the mpg just wasn't cutting it. So I started to look around, starting with Toyota, then my local mechanic, and then random mechanics... ended up being a daunting task, especially when hearing "it'll be at least $3,000 and that's not including labor." So I went online for hybrid specific companies and Hybrid2Go came up. I was skeptical because it seemed too good to be true. I called customer service and directly spoke with someone who kept it really real with me. My car's value is not worth what I was being quoted for at other places, so I was pleasantly surprised when customer service offered me the refurbished battery at half the previous quote's price. He told me that that's what he would do, and that the batteries are backed with a warranty if anything happens. I definitely had peace of mind. So I scheduled a time for service. The installer came to my house, I pulled the car into the driveway so he could have better access, took out the backseat, removed the battery and replaced it with the refurbished one, tested it, replaced the back seat, and then took it for a spin around the block to test it out. Everything was so smooth.... I think it literally took 40 minutes for all of that. I couldn't be more thankful for Hybrid2Go's service. I'm back on the road at a price that made sense to me, and I have the peace of mind that they are an actual company with actual customer service and service backing! Thank you all at Hybrid2Go! read more

I had a 2014 Prius whose battery went dead. Heard so many stories about how expensive they are to replace so I called around and found Hybrid2Go. I contacted them because their prices beat all the others. I was surprised that my call was answered right away by a live person (Yay!! Amazing nowadays. ) they scheduled the service and to my surprise, they were coming to me - another Wow!! Long story short, the service was excellent, the people were professional. A year later, I got a warning light about the battery. I called them and they came right away and found the problem to be very simple, had nothing to do with the battery itself. I am very pleased and have told many Prius owners about them. So if you are thinking of buying a hybrid car - don't hesitate and call Hybrid2Go for your battery needs. read more

MUST READ! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE! I'm glad I did not do business with this company. I called Josh on Friday morning and told him I'm going out of town Saturday and it was urgent to have my car by the afternoon. He said he could have my car ready to go by 2pm to hook me knowing that was not possible. I had full confidence in Hybrid2go and didn't bother calling another shop that same Friday. At first I thought cool this company is giving me a lifetime warranty and gave me a promo discount. I called Friday evening to confirm my Saturday appointment and they said the tech would contact me. I left to work Saturday and left my Prius at home ready for them to work on it. I never got any updates so started to get concerned because I was planning to take my urgent road trip to see my family. I called them several times and text. Finally the tech contacted me and said he can do my car at 8pm. That definitely would not work for my plans. Long story short they are not reliable and I found a shop in Long Beach called Mo's Hybrid. They got me on my way in 45 minutes and they did it $700 cheaper than Hybrid 2go. Knowing what I experienced I wouldn't have faith in their "lifetime warranty" you can read my conversations with them in the pictures attached to this review. By the way the tech was more professional than the owner. Josh you can learn a few things from your tech when it comes to customer service. Own up to your mistake instead of giving me attitude. read more

I did some research about the batteries for our Toyota Prius V. I searched online and my husband called several dealerships. The dealerships were very vague and not much help. One dealership told him that we would have to tow the vehicle to them and they would have to see if it was the 12v battery or the hybrid battery. THe would not even give him a quote for the hybrid battery. I decided to call Hybrid2go. I spoke with Xavier the owner. I explained what was going on and he strongly urged me to buy the 12v battery directly for the dealership and Youtube the installation instructions. He assured me that this would likely take care of the problem. Well, Xavier was correct. We purchased the battery for around $200.00 and my husband installed it. The car is working perfectly. What could have ended up costing $1800 to the $4000 the dealership wanted to charge was a HUGE savings. Xavier, Thank you so much for your honesty and integrity. It is very hard to find that these days. read more

Requested service was hybrid battery replacement in 2008 Camry Hybrid. It's a bit pricey for how long it takes but you can't knock them for being fast and good at what they do.
