He's easy to communicate with (we handled our arrangement over email until the day of) and friendly. Conveniently, he came to my house and worked on the car in the driveway while I was at work. Two crew and himself pulled up in a huge van filled with detailing equipment I can only dream of owning. On arrival he examined the car, explained what he'd be doing, and made suggestions for improvements I could make to protect the car. When I arrived home that evening the car was glowing and radiant.
