They don't try to push me into doing more than the necessary stuff and I don't feel taken advantage of as a woman who knows nothing about car problems. Today I woke up to a dead car, towed it to Tom's and they fixed it the same day! I will continue to be a Tom's customer and as a woman I can't recommend them enough.

They offer good service and always point out issues they see with the vehicles which is good if you didn't know about something. However last week, I came in and was quoted my normal signature service. Now this price has steadily gone up for the past few years and I get it. But today I came in and was quoted $182. Pricey but not unexpected from my last visit 5,000 miles ago. Then after they get started, the manager comes out and says they mid quoted me $279. Apparently the prices went up and they are charging more for Diesel trucks. It makes no sense to me that because I drive a diesel, the synthetic oil should be $90 higher. When I complained about it the manager came out and knocked off $30. He also gave me a 50% discount on my next visit. I guess I should be happy about the discount next time, but the dealership is probably going to see me more often with these rates continuing to go up. Cheers
