Ended up calling back on another phone to get someone to pickup. Why don't your phone lines ring back to somebody after a few minutes? Why didn't SOMEBODY notice a phone line blinking forever? And it's time that they step up to keep all of their customers and employees safe by requiring face masks for everyone to enter the store. It's not my intention to minimize the steps that they have taken such as requiring their employees to wear masks and delivering groceries to your car. Those are great steps but they still have a long way to go for everyone's safety.

She held up the line for an extended period of time gossiping with an older gentleman about church matters. Which as your place of work, is in my opinion unacceptable. Then stared at me and my tattoos for an extended period of time before asking in a condescending tone "so, what's that shirt about" a "God's Hate" band tee shirt. It's none of your business what my shirt is about and I don't come grocery shopping to have my life decisions assessed or explain myself to an employee.
