When someone says, ah, we'll take care of you it insinuate that if you pay too much we will refund your money. They don't and they know it!! They should have told me about their no return policy instead. You can return something there however, a person only gets store credit! So I had to pick things out of the Jewelry store that equaled the amount I had spent on the wedding band. That was over $2800 worth of crap I didn't want or need! Like I said, when they have your money, IT'S OVER!! I wouldn't tell an enemy to shop there much less a friend. In 2021 I ordered the heather v-neck tee in orange and 2 of the heather crew neck tees in toffee…read moreand white, all in size medium because I go by what the size charts and descriptions say. Instead of the toffee crew neck tee I wanted the blue v-neck one, but it was still out of stock. Now they only allow reviews to be made on the AT website so they can edit them to be fake positives since they don't want to allow truthful, negative ones like mine to be seen by anyone else. Anyway, all 3 tees were 4 inches too small around the chest and shoulders area. The medium size chest in the sizing chart is listed as 36.5", and the white and toffee ones were both about 4" smaller than that around in width, while the orange tee was about 5"and my shoulders also had NO room. This difference from the size chart was VERY significant. MOST tall women have broader shoulders in width around, this isn't rocket science and AT has NO business being in business making shirts with tiny shoulder width in the 1st place. No one is going to saw off their bony shoulder bones (like mine) or other body bones just to make themselves less wide around. AT accused me of lying, asking for pictures to prove my TRUTH about their FALSE size chart measurements AFTER I had already mailed the shirts back to them. I REALLY love the feel of tri-blend slub knit material so wanted to keep them because finding items for tall women in this fabric is RARE, even though for $36 their sizing is WAY OFF. DO NOT put medium size tags on size extra small. I originally wanted to exchange them for the large size but didn't after their libelous response and because I figured the measurements would be way off again so I was FORCED to return. Because AT was angry I told the truth and called them out, they REFUSED to refund the $7.50 I spent on shipping DESPITE the FACT the deeply flawed sizing issue was clearly a manufacturer defect, so obviously is THEIR fault. Which means THEY are responsible for refunding ALL charges, including shipping. Another problem is their prices are ridiculously high. Only clothing made here in America is that expensive yet theirs is not. Also, most places require you to spend around $50 to get free shipping, BUT Amalli Talli requires you to spend at least $150 which is WAY TOO much! GIVE me my shipping money back.
