But further along that side are several food categories that offer a super easy variety for meal planning on the way home from work. The employees I talked with were engaging and helpful. Since time is scarce, I posted their website link for this store: https://www.hy-vee.com/stores/Detail.aspx?s=1495that has various department times and phones to make my visit easier and quicker. They also off an online dietician to answer questions and help in your meal planning.

The produce department is terrible. I bought a container of mixed lettuces on Saturday and today…read more(Monday) I had to toss the whole container in the garbage!! The lettuces were soggy and brown liquid was in the bottom. This is an ongoing issue with this store. As of next week when HyVee opens, I will buy my groceries there. FAREWAY, you will lose a lot of customers. You are the only gig in town until next week when you have competition. Sorry, but your produce must sit on a dock for days before you put it out for your customers. Very disappointing. I can't afford to throw produce out after only two days. I do not recommend this store.

We came here on the advice of the first Yelp reviewer (another KOA camper) and agree wholeheartedly…read morethat this little store is outstanding. Just DON'T use Waze to get here from the KOA campground unless you want to travel down dusty gravel roads about four miles out of the way! (Instead, just hit the interstate -- take a right -- and exit at your first opportunity, then take a left. You won't miss it.) Seriously, unless you're looking for Berkshire pork or prime grade Kobe beef, this store has you covered. Hell, they had two different brands of pre-cooked bacon and a beer cave! Not to mention, we bought those wax soda bottle novelties, along with some heavy cream and a few other necessities. Employees here treated us like family and we saw that they did the same for others in the store. Clutch. Icing on the cake: I found a nickel on the sidewalk outside!

He called me and when I told him how to get to me, he said "I don't speak English". This is a HUGE problem because the sign to my home are written in English and if I can't verbally communicate to him in English, then what's the next alternative? I told him to stay there and I would go find him. I think he understood me. I had to drive my car out to find him in order to get my package. Now I'm hesitating on whether to order again from Walmart because online will not allow me to go to the store to pick it up and instead it will be locally delivered. Please do better Walmart. Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed with my experience just because it lasts a fair amount of items that I was hoping to find. The staff here was very friendly and I did like their selection of alcohol too. They didn't have too much of a crab and go selection either though they didn't have a nice little Bakery with some great vegan options. A decent selection of fresh produce. Easy access to the streets and Highway nearby which was the primary reason I came by too. Prices is here were a little Sky High too. Thankfully it's nice and peaceful if you come here in the morning

I'm giving 5 stars because I really hope they make it a permanent menu item. There is nowhere else in town to get a good vegan chickn sandwich. However it is a little dry/bland. Next time I ordered it tossed in buffalo and got the vegan thousand island for my fries and it was 10/10. The staff is always very kind!
