There really isnt anything that you cant find at this store. Absolutely unacceptable | DOORDASH DRIVERS AND CUSTOMERS BEWARE |…read more I was here picking up a DoorDash order and was shocked by what I saw while waiting inside. There were bugs jumping around on the floor, including crickets and what appeared to be roaches. If this is what I saw in the customer-facing area, I can only imagine what the conditions are like where the food is being prepared. Definitely not something I expected to see at a restaurant. The service was also extremely frustrating. The young lady working the front and handling delivery orders appeared to be prioritizing drive-thru orders over delivery pickups. I waited 30 minutes for one plate and a drink. This should not have taken anywhere near that long. What made it worse was hearing the employees talking and carrying on the entire time while I was standing there waiting for an order that could have easily been completed in under 10 minutes. I wasn't even eating here. I was simply trying to pick up an order for a customer, and the experience was enough to make me never want to order food from this restaurant myself. Between the apparent pest problem and the poor service, I would strongly recommend customers and delivery drivers think twice before coming here.
