Honestly, I come here specifically for my Vital Farms eggs but always end up walking around for an hour looking at everything. They have a little bit of everything here! I follow a keto lifestyle and I can find Prymal Kitchen sauces and lily's chocolate chips and peanut butter cups at this store. The prices are really not any higher than you might expect from specialty items and I truly do believe that you get exactly what you pay for. On top of all this goodness, the staff are just wonderful. If you have a question, they have an answer and will help you with anything! Last time I visited, I needed to know the nutrition facts for the on tap kombucha that they were serving. I asked a young lady and she helped me without hesitation. They also have fresh cold brew on tap as well! How fun is that?! If you want to go on a fun little adventure, head to New Pi Co-Op in Cedar Rapids! I'll be back up in Vinton in a couple of weeks and give them another chance. But for now, I'd have to say you are better off going to another establishment in town.
