The fact that you made my 87 year old Mother from out of town with a cane wait for a pickup that was ready and when she stepped up to the window you told her impolitely that you were going to lunch is very poor customer service. My pharmacy in town has never done this. So, when I called to complain about this you hung up the phone on me and wouldn't even try to make the service right. Went here a couple times to get prescriptions filled while out of town. The pharmacist and helpers…read morein the pharmacy were great. I was able to get all my prescriptions, just in time when I needed them. I grabbed a couple small items from the store both times too, which was convenient to check out with my scripts. One item I bought had a broken pump, but I don't see how that their fault and I think I can fix it and use it anyway just the same. Overall I'd count on them again to get me my prescriptions and for odds and ends.
