If you are…read morea new Cornell student you can usually find everything from shampoo to socks, to electric kettles, to pots and pans here! My main critique is that it's hours of business are ridiculous. It really needs to stay open longer and on more days during the week. A pharmacy, especially the only one in town, ideally should be open 24/7 for safety reasons. I strongly recommend calling them to be sure they are open BEFORE hauling your tired Cornellian ass out of bed to drudge through the snow down there. This is four years of experience talkin' here.

Today is the day before Thanksgiving, I brought my car in on Saturday because my low tire pressure…read morelight had kicked on. Brought it here to the Auto Center to have them check out all my tires to make sure nothing was wrong and fill them up with air. They call me and tell me it's all done and everything is fine. Come back if the light kicks back on, but I'm sure it's on due to the fluctuation in temperature. Okay, great. I left and everything was fine and that following Tuesday morning my light came back on, if course as I'm going out of town. Go to Costco to get some air and it's fishy that my car needs more air in my tires, meaning it wasn't looked over. So now unfortunately for me, I am back at Walmart with a nail in my tire that should have been addressed when I was in on Saturday. I do want to thank the managers and all the staff that helped me get through what I needed. Ashley was great, Zac helped as well. The management was very helpful and fixed the whole situation.

I get to the photo desk and they say that it is NOT done and the singular employee they have trained to make it is on break and will not get it done by tonight, "Come back tomorrow." What an absolute joke of a store do NOT give this place your business, it is not worth your trouble. Go somewhere else that might actually respect having stuff done when they say they do. What a disappointment.

I've also found a number of grocery items that were cheaper than Walmart, too! The custom sliced deli meat varies from inexpensive (the Market Pantry stuff is gross in my opinion!) to very quality products such as Kretschmar and Applegate brands. Ask your slicer for a sample - they will happily give you one! The Applegate Provolone is the finest provolone I have tasted for a long time. It's great stuff and one product I used to convince customers to try. One slice and you are hooked. The employees are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. I know this from having been an employee and a customer. Even though I don't work there any more, I continue to shop at Target and enjoy doing so. My only negative comment is about the price. Target is usually higher on things than comparable products at Walmart. But then again, Walmart is a dimly lit cave... Target is classy and brightly lit.

Employee asked for our name, then to spell our last name and then to spell our first name. They're all pretty basic, but we weren't bothered by this. Beyond this necessary communication the employee said zilch to us. The woman was absolutely miserable. Once our prescription came through the window there was no "thank you," or "have a nice weekend." This was a huge departure from the super nice and engaging pharmacy manager who works here. Yikes. If anyone from Walgreens is reading this and you can figure out who was working the Edgewood Rd. drive-thru window on Saturday, 06/12/21 at 2pm, please encourage some additional customer service training. We inadvertently had a prescription filled here, but won't be going forward.
