Employee asked for our name, then to spell our last name and then to spell our first name. They're all pretty basic, but we weren't bothered by this. Beyond this necessary communication the employee said zilch to us. The woman was absolutely miserable. Once our prescription came through the window there was no "thank you," or "have a nice weekend." This was a huge departure from the super nice and engaging pharmacy manager who works here. Yikes.
