Bit of a learning curve with the first couple sessions, but once you get the hang of the tempo and language ("Push", "All Out", etc), it's fun and easy to understand. I have 3 herniated discs so I have to be careful with certain exercises, but the coaches are always willing to give you a modified version on the strength floor, or you can just do one on your own. For the treadmill portion, they have both runner/jogger and power walking options. The coaches (and their playlists!) are motivating and the front desk staff are friendly and always helpful. When you sign up, it is clearly stated on the T&C's that you will be charged for missed classes that you signed up for; that you will not be able to participate in a session if you show up more than five minutes late, etc., so I don't understand some of the negative reviews. Emergencies happen, which is why I wait to book a class on the app (easy to use) right before leaving the house or even after I get to the parking lot and have never had an issue getting in.

They have a 5 minute late window and I was 40 seconds late due to traffic during rush hour. After explaining that they still would not let me in. Then the front desk told me they charge their members a late fee as well.I am a member and I pay 80 dollars a month. This was my first time late ever. I already pay $80 a month, then you deny my entry to a class I pay for a booked already and then wanted to charge a late fee on top of that. Also, after cancellation of my membership the front desk then told me I would still be charge one more time for next month. Their customer service is horrible. Their goal is to not help you improve, but to get every dollar from you possible. The trainers are nice and that's about the only good thing at this place.

I booked 4/3/23 & canceled the same day because I had a last minute business trip pop up. It was well within the timeframe to cancel without penalty. My appointment was supposed to be for 4/4/23 at 6:15 am. I checked my Amex Platinum account this afternoon and saw that they charged me $28. I called to see why I had been billed, and they said because I didn't cancel which was an absolute lie. The person that was working in the evening of April 3 did not do their job. This place needs to do a little bit better at training and customer service. The young lady that I spoke to today so that there's nothing that she could do. Orange Theory is known for this as I have many friends who are or have been members. I would try another location. I will take my business back to the Aliana location.
