Definitely a hard five super bright STAR Rating!!! I had a wonderful experience with the young ladies in the office..they were attentive and professional and very helpful !! The prices in comparison to other storage Units are by far the most Fair & reasonable !! Believe that!! I was extremely disappointed when I called several storage places And found out how the prices were double or more than before the pandemic !! So I was blessed to find Highway storage..the units are gated with cameras ensuring your property is Safe..I also recommend you purchase a strong Lock at the office it's $1, less than at walmart where everything is reasonable regarding the prices!? the access code pad is not difficult to figure out... therefore making your entry quick!! Regardless of the gates being no longer accessable after 9 pm .we must all understand it's for security purposes.the unit I got is a 10 by 10 and it was super clean and very spacious...I'm ever so greatfulllll to be renting from this wonderful establishment that quickly put my mind at ease!! I had been searching for a place to store my beautiful things and had discovered all the shameless gouging that other storage places were DOING I think it's sad how they take advantage of the situations that are going on now especially when we are all struggling...the loss of jobs and our places of dwelling and how many of us are struggling financially !!so God bless this place!!!! may it forever thrive and do well..they deserve it!! These folks are fantastic. The employees are friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. I will drive past many Uhauls to use this shop, should I ever require a trailer again.
