We were allowed to choose our own gate code and the process of getting in was explained on our first visit. While it does not have a dump or wash like other places, as another reviewer said, both are just a few hundred yards down the road. All three of the employees we have met and worked with were friendly and professional. Be sure to stop in to the office and say hello when you are coming or going, and check out the well-stocked candy bowl. Unfortunately, the battery was completely dead and you could see not good. I asked the tech what he could do and said he can come back with a new battery to install. Cost, between $250 and $300. Fine. I agreed and the tech came back 2 days later as scheduled. He installed the battery and when ready to pay by Credit Card, he said that he would send me a link to pay by CC. No problem. 1 hour later, I received the link with a nasty voicemail (probably from the manager) to pay as soon as possible or they will lien my RV and call the police if I didn't pay. Just an hour and already threaten me of police. What a great customer service... On top of this, I never received an invoice with detail of the amount, which was much higher of the quote. I paid $424,10 for it and still don't know for what. The tech was great but this is the last time I will go to Griffin RV Services and make sure if I call Roadside assistance again they do not send me again this company.
