We arranged for overnight pet sitting, and a daily walk/visit in the middle of the day. Leasa and Holly came over before our trip to meet the dogs and get a tour of the house. Our smaller dog warmed right up to Holly and fell asleep snuggling her before the end of the visit. During the meet and greet, they took very detailed notes about EVERYTHING including where to find the food, where the leashes were stored, typical walking routes, etc. By the end of the visit, we felt very good about our decision to have them watch the pups. Throughout our trip, we enjoyed getting updates in the app and seeing pictures of how the dogs' days were going. I would highly recommend Fetch! to anyone looking for in-home pet care.

It is evident that all staff know their stuff when it comes to handling dogs. One thing I especially like is that they divide dogs by personality after passing an interview test. Being that my dog was a rescue, he had a few minor issues with how to play properly with other dogs when he first attended. Rover Come Over staff worked with him until he became well adjusted. I couldn't be more thankful for the patience and attention they gave to him. After attending this place for over two years, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them.

If you are looking for a great groomer, I would strongly recommend Sara from Pups Paradise! We had…read morechanged our groomer a couple of times over the past years because our Mini Australian Shepherd is very sensitive to being groomed and being left behind. She takes the time to talk with our dog, reassure her (and us) and even gives her lavender massages, which relaxes her enough to settle down. Sara is compassionate, knowledgeable and very professional with her grooming techniques. Most importantly (to me, anyway), she loves dogs and she takes her time to make the dog (and owner) feel comfortable and not traumatized when getting groomed. She goes "above and beyond" AND her communication with the owner is fantastic. She texts updates and even sends before and after pictures and trouble areas if there are any. I can't say enough about her and would highly recommend her!! Connie R. Sylvania, OH
