Nancy, was very rude and said they do not take appointments and she would put us on the list, which they were 2 weeks out. So we wait two weeks. The day before, they actually called to verify they were still coming. Then the day of, they called and said "we are just too busy today, you will have to reschedule in two months" For being an authorized Daikin dealer, I would expect better customer service. I would never ever call Henderson Heating and Cooling ever again. Poor customer service.
