I needed a plumber on an emergency basis today as a water line busted due to the freezing cold. I made contact with this company, was told that they would come out later in the afternoon. As the day progressed into the 2pm hour, I sent a text to get an ETA and did not receive a text or call back. Needless to say, they were no show, no call. Do not recommend this company. read more

Super unfortunate that their employees no call no showed. I understand being extremely busy, but to not inform customers that they can't make your appointment is extremely unprofessional. Our water heater is going out, which to me is an emergency especially with young children in our home. I don't recommend bothering to even call Express 24hr. read more

The only reason I gave one star is that it wouldn't let me give zero. This business is the worst of the worst. For an entire week they kept telling me, even "promising" me that they were coming to fix my leaky toilet, and every day they never showed up. This company will ignore calls and messages, and when you finally do get ahold of them they swear they will get there as soon as possible. "You're on the schedule." Almost 2 months after requesting their assistance with a bursted pipe that flooded my basement they STILL have not shown. They repeatedly stated they would get there and my poor renters have had to deal with the consequences of their unreliability. I thought they had addressed the issue and was simply waiting on an invoice, but it turned out they never showed up! Who knows what kind of damage there is to my home now. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! I worked with them for 3 months on a simple pipe replacement. Not only did they rip me off they also left the floor with pebbles without a proper concrete treatment. I had to redo the floor myself. Had to call so many times and when I told them I don't want to work with them anymore, then they said they are on their way. I contacted Express 24 Hour Plumbing in late March (2017) to have a broken pipe in our well house repaired. Paul came out and looked at it and said he could repair it, but also that there was a broken line underground and said he could also increase the size of our supply line in order to increase water pressure. I had to pay $1800 in advance through PayPal which I did on March 30. The broken pipe wasn't fixed until May 18 after repeated texts and phone calls. The water supply line wasn't ever replaced to Paul agreed to send a $1200 refund which he still has not done. I have opened a complaint with PayPal but still have had no response from Express 24 Hour Plumbing. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company and especially DO NOT PRE-PAY FOR ANY WORK!! read more

The absolute worst contractors I have worked with. I took me calling a dozen times to get the work began and after 6 months the work is still not complete. On top of what I paid out to Paul o now have to go get my own materials to finish the job myself. My insurance company asked for a final bill/receipt and I've called Paul 15 times to get a recipient emailed to me and still nothing. I had to call back to the insurance adjuster and go a different route to close everything out. DO NOT USE AT ALL COST!!!! read more

I need to have my dishwasher installed I got the dishwasher from Lowe's and I paid for installation and they came out and told me that there was a piece that was missing and I had to have it put in before they can install so I called around and I found Express 24-hour plumbing I explained my situation..He said he can definitely help me with the electrical and the plumbing side of it when he quoted me a price in this price included everything I need it... It was way less than what I paid for Lowe's to install and that included everything that I need it.... they were very professional they came on time he was very friendly and did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone ...friends....family and whoever reads this good job guys....they are now my go to guys when I need work done....I appreciate you guys...Thank you read more

This is an excellent plumbing service. My basement flooded with sewage it was so awful. They we able to quickly diagnose the problem... something that other plumbers in this area have failed to do! Terrible service & response, basically a broker without a reliable network. Don't waste your time!

If I could rate this company and 0 I would. I called on Friday morning for repair to my plumbing under my sink. I was told he was busy but would be there at 11:00 am the next morning and to call and leave time, contact number and address on answering service. I did this. The next morning around 9:00 am I called to confirm appointment. No one answered the phone so I left a message that I would see them at 11 am. I called at 11:30 because they were not there yet. I was told he would get with his guys and find a out a time and call me back. I waited until 1 pm. I called again. He said he would call his guys and call me back again. I told him that was what he told me two hours ago. He did call back and say it would be 2-3 hours but they would be there. I waited ALL SATURDAY DAY and NIGHT.....NO PLUMBER. I called Gene's plumbing instead and he was promptly out to repair my issue and not waste my time. What does 24 hours stand for anyway.....you can call every 24 hours and not see a plumber. read more
