Wow... I could not have been anymore disappointed with their service. I had given detailed instructions, sent photos and confirmed everything that I wanted done with the vinyls they were working on. I called back to check on the order and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. I had to place the order again for a second time. I thought everything was clear this time but again I was wrong. After they were finished with the order I came by to pick it up. The owner again, acted like he didn't know anything that I was talking about. After waiting on him to find the order, I paid and asked, "It shouldn't be a problem if I bring this back, will it? I don't think this is what she wanted at all." He said it shouldn't be a problem. After further inspection, the letters were definitely not the correct size, some letters were larger than others and they were NOT arranged the way I had asked. I tried to take the vinyls back since "it shouldn't be a problem" but I was met with "NO, there will not be any refunds on the item but we can do some more and you pay for them." I thought to myself "no thanks, If I wanted the work of a 5 year old i'd ask my nephew to do it." I took my business to Classic Customs and they completed it within 30 minutes, the exact way I wanted it. We've done business with Hutch Touch since the early 90's but I'll never set foot in their store again. I'll also recommend anyone looking for quality service to head elsewhere. The Hutch Touch revers itself as being a Christian based business but I definitely wasn't feeling the love in that shop.
