Great experience at this car wash. The employees were friendly and helpful - old-school attentiveness and professionalism to their work. The value for what you receive is fantastic. I lived in Birmingham for several years, and the cost for car care services was much more expensive than what you receive here. If you get full service or detailing, you can wait in the lobby which is spacious, spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Scented candles, coffee/water/sodas and snacks. Really nice experience. I wanted to write a more complimentary review, but feel I must warn people about this place. I used to have my new car washed regularly here. After a while, I noticed the windshield wipers were dragging and unbelievably noisy. When I complained to the dealership, they discovered both the wiper blades AND the windshield were covered in a gummy film. The dealership said it looked like tire shine from a car wash. I paid them to replace the wiper blades, and they used some chemical to clean the windshield for me. Afterward, I approached the car wash to tell them what had happened, not asking for any recompense, simply alerting them to the problem. A man I assume to be the owner or co-owner vehemently denied the tire shine could've gotten on my windshield. He said it was absolutely impossible, nor could any other chemical used there be on the windshield. So, like an idiot, I paid for another car wash. As soon as I drove away, I put the wipers on and they scrubbed loudly across the windshield. I was tired of dealing with the problem and chose to ignore it. But today, a month and a half after buying new wiper blades, another dealership doing an oil change informed me they need replacement. I went to the car wash and explained all this to the same (not exactly friendly) man. He told me again that all products they use are water soluble (really? the clear coat is?!), and there's no way their car wash could be responsible. And then, kinda angrily, said he'd be glad to let me go through their car wash free of charge. I politely declined. "What do you want, then?" he demanded. I told him I wanted them to use alcohol to remove the residue from the wipers and windshield, as the dealership suggested. He told me, "No. We're not doing that." So I thanked him for his time and left. Stay away from this place if you want friendly accommodation and reasonable service, and certainly if you don't want your windshield and wipers ruined. read more

First class service for a great price. Plus, absolutely excellent customer service. All the staff were extremely courteous and genuine, especially Jim, the owner. They wanted me to inspect the car before I pay and insisted that if after leaving I found anything not up to my satisfaction, I could return and they would take care of it. Where else do you find that?! Needless to say, they had cleaned the car to an excellent standard. Highly recommend! read more
