What started out as a relevantly simple garage sink drain line cleaning (we thought), ended up more…read moreinvolved as the line was connected to the kitchen sink drain and required a lot more work (and mess) than expected, including a qualified plumber who was able to help on very short notice. Kudos to Butler for getting the drain cleaned and the plumbing fixed within 4-hours at a reasonable cost. Special thanks goes to his double checking (attention to detail) and testing for leaks that were soon resolved without charge to me.

For some reason, on the final day, (after he got paid) he told that us he was leaving to get parts and would be back in an hour. He left a puddle of water under the sink in my NEW vanity, (meaning that there was a leak in the drain he installed) and never returned to finish the job, or called to explain himself. After that disappearing act, I didn't bother to try and contact him, (though my builder did with no response) I'm done with Grant Plumbing. I had some trouble getting him to call back and respond to my texts in the beginning of the build, which I found very frustrating, and unprofessional. He "may" be good at plumbing, but his problems with communication and lack of integrity are nothing to be ignored. Unfortunately he's in Klamath Falls, with few plumbers to choose from. He has all the work he can handle and it may have gone to his head.

The invoice had only my first name, but they had my email and phone number and incorrect street address. When I called to ask how they got my information, they acted like it was no big deal and said they probably did work for me before and their new system got mixed up. Would you trust a company that doesn't verify who they billed? I don't know who gave them my information, but he practically hung up on me when I asked him to scrub the file. Very RUDE and lacking in customer support.

(The other electricians I reached out to on Yelp have yet to respond.). PEC was available for the project in a reasonable time, showed up on time, and completed the work in a timely manner. Even though PEC is about two hours away from our mountain cabin, it's worth paying the travel time to receive great service.

He came in and listened to my problems and went straight to work and fixed the problem. He reattached all the mess that another man made acting like an electrician that didn't know what he was doing. The pricing was also amazing and they didn't try to take advantage of a woman who knows absolutely nothing about electrical repairs. I will always go to them and I highly recommend them completely. I told her who I was & that I was ready to be scheduled for parts needed on my mini-split. She told me she needed to do research & she would return my call before the end of the day. I spent thousand of dollars with this local company. . A phone call takes only a few minutes & she could have called me back asking for more time to do research. That I could understand. I have been a customer for over 15 years & I at least deserve a call back when I am told I would receive one.

Bliss Heating & A/C carries the best ducted central heat pump sold in the US the Bosch Inverter…read more Our trusty old unit sadly gave up the ghost after over 10 years of service, sometimes buried in snow and sometimes in the parching sun. We desired the same technology as in the new mini-splits but we have a ducted system. We found that Bosch meets this expectation as we have been waiting years for one of these that is not prohibitively expensive. Why the US manufacturers can't get with it is beyond me. The Bosch unit actually virtually changes size based on heating or cooling requirement, so it's like having a smaller unit on not so warm or cold days and a larger on colder or hotter, hence very efficient. Most important around here is the Bosch pulls heat out of the air at much lower temps than the conventional units so that the lower cost heat pump heat will be useful at lower temps before the expensive resistive heat strips kick in. We called Bosch and asked for a company in Southern Oregon and they gave us the number to Bliss. Shane does amazing work at an exceptional price and to top it off is a super nice guy. When I asked some of the other companies, they seemed to know little to nothing about these inverter central air units and insisted I buy older technology GE, Goodman, Rheem etc. Shane knew more than the people at Bosch I spoke with and has been installing them since they came out a few years back. Cheers for a company that thinks outside of the box and goes the extra mile, literally!
