A large group of us walked from our hotel to Hussan for a wonderful dinner. We started with shrimp, croquettes, prosciutto, and bread with butter and olive oil and salt. A nice way to begin!
We had a four course meal. The first course was incredibly delicious, tuna tartare topped with dollops of cucumber ice. Then we were served a remarkable grilled scallop with lemon grass and bathed in a delicious buttery sauce. We also had braised beef with a delicious crust that was slightly dry, a grilled carrot, and a wonderful creamy butternut squash up.
Our dessert was a delicious strawberry and rhubarb concoction with elderflower, verbena, and lemon
Our large party was seated in two tables in a spacious room that was filled with light and glass and mirrors. Our two servers were wonderful and attentive. All in all, we had an excellent time. read more
