Excellent service from Joey at Husky Services! My home warranty company sent Husky Services out to repair my dryer, and Joey was absolutely fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and my dryer is literally working better than it did before! Joey was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. I really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend Husky Services to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you, Joey! read more

Don't call this company. They have a lot of repair requests, they don't care. They said they only have 9am to 1pm time slot. I asked we won't have people at home by 10am, if you can come other time, they said no. This is the only time slot they have. And if there is no one at home, they will ask to charge $60. read more

I had a associate from this Huskey Services come out to do repairs on our washing machine as there were metal / plastic particles in the machine after washing laundry as well as underneath the machine and I did this through our home warranty service Cinch and the associate that came out all he did was clean the front filter. He did not take the drum off of the washing machine to see what was causing the machine to put these plastic particles in my machine and under the washer and he stated to Cinch that all it needed was a good cleaning which is not covered. The job was half done, and I would never recommend this company to come out to your home to do a service terrible customer service I even tried calling the company back as well as Cinch and it goes to voicemail and the voicemail is full. What does that tell you about this company red flag? Do the job completely Husky!!! worst customer service I've ever had from a company. read more

They are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I would definitely use them again. read more

Husky Services LLC - Dryer serviced - Appliances & Repair Near Me - North Las Vegas, Nevada

My review falls right in line as the other 1 star reviews, some reviews go as far back as 9 years ago. Which tells me they do NOT care about their customers, ONLY their dollars. Funny thing is that this business replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced because my appliance is still doing the same exact thing it was doing before Husky was called. A good business would want to right their wrongs, but not Husky, you either have to pay for them to come back to fix what they never fixed in the first place or they will decide not to come out. Which is fine with us because we didn't want them to come back especially with their nasty attitude. Do yourselves a favor and read ALL the negative reviews because they mimic each other. All of those people share the same rude behavior and unfixed appliances. They're not all telling a lie. Husky is the common denominator! PERIOD! Ignore the 5 star reviews, I'm sure most have all been left by family and friends to outrank the 1 star review. read more

My warranty company assigned this company to fix my gas dryer, guy came out and said it was not working because of clogged vent, didn't even open up the dryer to check the burner/ignitor, I assumed that was the issue so he left and I cleaned out the vent pipe but the dryer still didn't work (not getting hot) I called the company and asked them to come back out and fix it and the guy got all pissed because I questioned his service, I asked him to come out and guarantee his work and he told me to file another claim with the warranty company, wth. Also, when you schedule someone with a time frame of 8-1 and then show up right at 1 that is a dickhead move, whoever runs this company should get a clue! I don't even want to give them one star for the review it should be a negative star. read more

My oven stopped working on Christmas Day so we had to Pivot & use the BBQ GRILL for our dinner. I filed a claim with ACHOSA my home warranty company & they said to call the technician of my choice. I immediately called Husky Services & got Joe. He asked me to text him the info as he was driving. Within 30 minutes he said he could come over today and he was done in no time. Joe was professional and courteous. I had to call him for my refrigerator that went out a week before Thanksgiving and again he was out within 2 hours and I was up & running again. I just had to pay $100 deductible and my appliances were fixed. I am just glad Husky was able to fix both problems. read more

Found Joey on Facebook from a local parent group. He was tagged by multiple people on different posts and found comments from him giving input. He sounded super knowledgeable so I contacted him about our washer and he was at our house in less than 30 mins! We don't know anything about repairing anything and already looked up all the YouTube videos we thought were easy enough to do on our own. He found and fixed the issue so fast and he didn't charge an arm and a leg. He even gave us a copy of our invoice/receipt. Super professional and knowledgeable. Keeping his card and giving his info to our local friends and family! read more

I awoke Monday to a refrigerator freezer that quit a 16 year old GE Monogram. Called Husky Appliance at 8am they asked could they call me back as they were making the schedule out. Joe called back said he be out Tuesday between 8 and noon and today at 9am he arrived took him no time to figure out what was wrong, he told me would need to order a part 3 to 5 days I was happy they were able to find it. At 4 this afternoon Joe calls and tells me he had found the part and if it was OK if came by and finished the job. This was one of most knowledgeable and professional young man I've see in sometime I put Joe and Husky Appliances in my contacts would not hesitate too call them again. read more

Joey was absolutely wonderful! He came to look at and repair our broken stovetop range. His company was recommended by our home warranty company and he did not disappoint. He was on time and went right to work. He immediately knew what the issue was but did several tests to be sure. He even showed concern that we have our stovetop fixed in time for Thanksgiving. That small amount care and concern in itself speaks volumes of the type of business owner he is. Lucky for us, he was able to fix our stovetop on the spot by doing a complete rewiring and replacing a broken burner eye. If you have to choose or get the choice...you won't go wrong here! This company is the TRUTH and won't scam out of your time or money like some other companies. read more

We work in the Hotel/Casino industry which means we don't have weekends off and our schedules reflect the 24/7 Vegas community. When our washing machine stopped working, we needed reliable service quickly. Our home warranty company sent us to a different company who did not return my calls so we couldn't schedule the service. I reached out to the warranty company stressed out because they weren't communicating with me and I needed someone quickly. We had already lost a day and a half. The warranty company said "no problem" and sent Joey with Husky Appliance. He was knowledgable, responsive and professional. Joey explained what the problem was and promptly fixed it.
