I thought I had already reviewed this place. Anyway, it's an independently owned grocery store…read morethat's huge and really cool. Apparently it started off as an IGA, but then broke away from the franchise and blossomed into what it is today. I love going to grocery stores when I'm in a different city, because they always have products that aren't available at home. So the last time my husband and I were in The Soo, I dragged him into the rental car to go check out Pino's and now he raves about it even more than I do, lol. It's huge like a Loblaws or Superstore, but has the feel of more like a Farm Boy or a Whole Foods. It has a great bakery section with fresh baked donuts! The prepared food section has lots of variety. We were growing tired of eating out so much on our trip so we bought a bunch of stuff to eat back at our hotel room. Whenever people talk about The Soo, I always bring up Pino's Get Fresh and The Burger Don as my two favourite places there ;)

Parking: I have to say this plaza has one of the worst parking areas that I've ever seen. It's like the typical plaza parking except there are craters there are some holes that I feel like if I stood in them they would be knee deep. They do patching but the patching looks like it was done by me. As in someone who has no idea what they're doing because the patching me it even worse sometimes. I'm going on like this just to warn you when you go. Store: It's a small store it's like the other small stores where there's a counter with coolers that they grab stuff from and then you have the place where you can grab stuff like french fries vegetables and soup. Don't forget the sauces Staff: The people that work there are pretty nice. Very helpful and patient

They deliver a very good carmel latte! Sandwiches, burgers are big, french fries are meaty, Ilike a good meaty potato fry. Fried mushrooms and subs are good! Next to try is the icecream & salads. Remember Please be patient with staff. It is a small town, family owned. They do their best and are pretty Fantasic at keeping up with orders and customer service.
