Went back a month later to get more and the sales woman sold me on their branded 30,000 puff vapes so I got 2. She said it tastes great and would be super similar to the ones I had originally wanted. These new ones taste so bad and like toxic poison. So I went back the very next day to explain the issue and was met with zero options for an exchange. Pretty much was told that I'm out of luck. So instead of keeping a brand fan for the company, they've lost a customer. It's their branded item so honouring an unhappy customer's request to exchange would cost them very little. But instead they've lost years of future patronage and sales from this customer forever. If a company can't even stand behind their branded product, there's a big problem. Very much do not recommend.

They grabbed a box of coils that look similar except are smaller in size, but you can't tell by the picture and they didn't open the box. Paid, left and walked across the sidewalk, sat in my car, found the coils didn't fit, walked back in the door and they said, "sorry all sales final. You said those were the coils you said you needed". Not happy about that!

So, I got on yelp to find the closest store near us. Olde Sport Cigar came up so we headed downtown. Pulled up and parked right out front. This is the cutest, most quaint (girl opinion) Shop. The humidor was well stocked and there was even a 20% off sale selection of cigars. He had a great selection of higher end to moderately priced cigars. The owner took his time and helped my husband out on picking the perfect cigars. The owner was very knowledgeable about cigars and very friendly. The shop also has lots of sports memorabilia, fun fishing decor, and some books for sale. Definitely take some time and visit. We will for sure be back!

I discussed this with the counter woman so she knew I was unsure of my choice. I wanted to buy two packs but they have a $15 charge minimum and she told me I had to go up to three packs to use my charge card. Again it was very obvious I was unsure of my choice of the variety of cigarettes! That same day when I presented my gift to my friend she told me it was the wrong kind and showed me the correct kind a different length and lightness I called the store to see if they carry the correct kind and they do. However I was told no returns or exchanges even for unopened package. I couldn't believe it and went there in person; the same woman who had known I was uncertain of my choice told me no returns or exchanges. I suggested a heads up on this policy might have been nice. She was also not kind but very stern and snotty about it. Not sure if she is the owner or manager but definitely in charge. Never going back obviously.
