This place is incredible. My daughter and I went and boy oh boy was I impressed. You can hear and smell the popcorn popping. It's fresh and is made in house. What a huge variety of flavors. I got banana bread, so delicious with candy coated nut clusters, AMAZING! Reese's For the wife she fell in love. I also got extra buttery garlic, super tasty. This was my second visit, none of the four employees greeted us, even the owner. I got a "How can I help you?" Pretty sad way to make a customer feel welcome. Ordering is challenging-you have to peer over a 4.5 foot counter and read the popcorn names on the large buckets. My 7 year old couldn't see over to choose, I had to relay the flavors. At the register we did have a bit more response, offered to sign us up for the membership program to earn popcorn and a "see you next time". The three flavors of popcorn we got were great, loved it. Not so much the service. Probably will go to Jock & Jill's for good corn and friendly service. read more

This is the best popcorn in town. I could end the review right there and know it's a solid evaluation, but I'll give a little more detail. This family owned business has such a great product and even better customer service. We've been here a few times to buy a couple bags of popcorn and then also ordering 36 bags for a gift and they've come through every single time with quality and a smile. Their variety of flavors is second to none. Best flavor: Cinnabun (in my opinion) thank me later But you can combine any and all that that offer as well as sample at the counter to be sure you're making the right decision. Pretty cool popcorn shop. So many flavors! My next stop in I'll be a bit more comfortable knowing the protocol. On my first visit in I wasn't welcomed or asked if I'd been there before. I had to initiate asking what the process was and asked if I could sample. Felt a little awkward. Also had to ask what the sizes were and I was "pointed" to a tv screen that had the info on it. Not that big of deal but felt a bit unwelcomed. There were smiles though so that helped! That being said only sampled a couple of their MANY flavors and settled on "Extra Butter". Popcorn prices are outrageous. $60 and $70+ for an extra large bag which isn't that large. Especially the "specialty" flavors. Caramel corn with peanuts (cracker jacks) was $64 for a large which is probably a gallon and a half by volume. Iwill never shop therefor popcorn again. Popcorn is cheap and Ican make it better at home. read more

We stopped in for the first time today. We were greeted with a smile and such friendly service. We were offered samples from which we bought a ton. Absolutely loved this place and recommend going! Even considering catering for our wedding next year. Will be returning soon. Our favorite so far is the Heath and the Strawberry Cheese cake flavors. read more

I was next door getting my phone fixed & thought I would pop in after to get my husband some cheddar popcorn because it's his fav. It seemed like a small business that could use a customer. I walked in and waited a minute or two for someone to come out from the back & up front to help me, which was fine, & she was very nice, but I probably won't go back because of the prices. I got a small cheddar cheese bag & a jr size bag in the multi color candy coated popcorn. It was $20 for the 2 bags. The price I paid didn't match the price on the menu board in the store or the prices shown online. Maybe it was an error? Ok my review of Huskerland Popcorn is long overdue!!! I received a warm welcome upon my first visit to this family owned business. I love that they offer a variety of popcorn choices , over 60 to be exact from sweet to savory and everything in between. This visit I got the Cheddar Cheese and Red Hot popcorn, both were delicious . I'm eager to try all of their flavors. One thing that sets them apart from other popcorn retailers is that they allow you to sample any of their popcorn items. In addition to popcorn they also sell a variety of old school candies from saltwater taffy to chocolate covered pecans. They also sell soda by the bottle in a array of flavors. With many people posting about this place I decided to give it a try. There was a fairly long line when we came in but it gave us a chance to walk around. They have bins full of bulk candy that is charged by the weight. Really not that bad of a price depending on how much you were to get. Big containers of popcorn behind the counter, labeled on what in them. They do let you sample before you buy but we decided to give it a try without doin so. We ordered, Extra Buttery , Extra Buttery Garlic and Bacon Cheddar . They were out of the Extra Buttery popcorn and I thought we would have to choose something different but that was not the case, one of the stuff went back and made more. That was a plus for us, super fresh popcorn! The staff fills the bag to the brim and even a small is rather large, more then enough. All 3 were delicious but rather salty. A little more then I like but tolerable. All were full of flavor and fresh. Almost melting in your mouth while eating. Everyone was friendly and the place was inviting. Cant wait to try other flavors, but I am not sure if I am bold enough to try the crab leg or shrimp flavor. read more

This popcorn was very good. I just now got a chance to head over to the spot. I definitely will be back! Just wish maybe they had some more options for chocolate candies, but hey, ain't nobody perfect! The popcorn flavors I got were cheddar, bacon cheddar, crowd favorite, and jalapeno cheddar.
