I…read morewas attracted by the variety of (especially) fresh fruit and some vegetables, while my husband immediately headed to the area with all sorts of nuts. A few of the items that we purchased were bargain-priced. For instance, we got four gigantic fresh and sweet navel oranges for only 75-cents/lb., tasty white corn on the cob (4/$1, for the first 12), and small avocados (10/$1, limit 20). We also got yummy fresh apricots, pecans in their hard shells, and quite a few bags of roasted nuts for snacking. The market was clean and well-organized, and the young woman at the check-out counter was very friendly. After checking out, we enjoyed some apricots at one of their roadside picnic tables that was set up next to a small garden. Parking was sufficient, even for our small class B RV.

I was truly impressed with the stock of this grocery store and when we had an unexpected first aid need, the pharmacy area had everything we needed as well. The staff were kind, knew where things were in the store, and were truly in the spirit of the season (one was dressed as Santa!). I will certianly be visiting again next time I'm in town.
