Included breakfast buffet had fresh cut fruit salad, other fruit options, two waffle makers, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, cereals, etc. Plenty of space to spread out and lots of clean tables. He tried to do the same with adult women that are my nieces.) Whoever is in charge of hiring they need to look into background and references. This unprofessional man has no place where families and their children are trying to celebrate a couples love story. 2) The AC wasn't working properly since the very beginning. And it finally stopped working an hour after guest started to arrive. It got extremely HOT and we had no choice but to open one of the glass doors since the other one couldn't be opened since it was broken. 3) We ran out of soap in ladies bathroom, only one dispenser had soap at the beginning and it was out by the middle of the event. 4) Your FLOORS were DISGUSTING. There is no EXCUSE for so much wrong to happen in an event center. The couple should get a FULL REFUND immediately. The owner wasn't there for the wedding but she was pleasant to work with throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding. However, the lady that was there that helped us, I think her name was Jennifer, was absolutely terrible. She tried to control the wedding by telling us who and who could not walk down the aisle. She was constantly trying to dictate how the wedding was performed. We finally had to tell her that we didn't need her input. Later in the evening, my Mom walked into the kitchen and Jennifer was legitimately stealing food. There was a lot of Salsa and she was taking the salsa from a container and putting it in a personal jar. Her response was "You walked in at the wrong time." We also had to clean everything from taking out trash to wiping counters and mopping the kitchen. I think a lot of it was the responsibility of the employees but I'm not sure on that. Jennifer was extremely dishonest and made the wedding ceremony a little bit of a nightmare. Three stars were given just because of The Loft being a nice place and well decorated. Also, the kitchen is really dirty and greasy.
